Tried calling numerous times to inquire whether the driver was on their way with no answer. They didn't even bother to reach out afterwards. Used GSP Limo to get from Greenville to ATL. The drop off was fine, the pick up we waited for 40 minutes outside the ATL airport with my wife and two daughters, not fun to say the least. I spoke to the owner, there was not a great deal of remorse, I got the feeling they didn't need or care about my business. The excuse I received was that flights aren't usually on time or early from ATL and that they don't plan on arriving early there. They were the cheapest in Greenville, but like the old adage says "you get what you pay for". I wouldn't use them again, not for their service but for the attitude and reaction to an unhappy customer. read more

So I asked these guys if I could schedule a car to take me to the Greenville airport (GSP) at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning. I made sure that they could do it, they said "yes", and quoted me a price. Had many issues with this service. I was trying to set up a car to pick up my mother at Greenville Spartanburg airport and drop her off near Clemson. I sent details about her arrival and drop off address twice via email. Then I call after getting a vague response and was told to email details AGAIN. When I explained that I had already done so he said -Oh ok then it should be fine. What does that mean? Didn't give me much confidence. Then on the evening of the pickup - after telling my mother the details of the driver and his contact info- the person doing the actual pickup was changed twice within an hour of her arrival. I couldn't get contact info for how to get in touch with either of the new drivers. I finally cancelled the car and rearranged things to make the pick up myself. Exactly why I hired a car in the first place- so I wouldn't have to rearrange things on my end. Ultimately not worth it! read more
