However my most recent experience has turned me off of using this service again, and leads me to advise against it with my friends and family - I booked a shuttle from the Atlanta airport to the Gainesville office, I arrived at the designated pickup location well before the suggested 15-minutes prior to scheduled time, at the scheduled pick up time no shuttle had arrived, after an extended hold, I was connected to an agent who only then informed me that the shuttle would be a little late and I would just have to "wait it out". 30 minutes after my scheduled departure time, a shuttle arrived.
