Installation was on time and the installers were clean, polite, and very careful. They put down tarps on the pathway in and worked over covered floors in the installation area. The office person we worked with, Kendra, was exceptional! Always happy to help, communicative, accurate and knowledgeable. As a former construction contractor in a previous life I had become frustrated with TriCities contractors.
