Lanes always breaking bathrooms are nasty food and drinks over priced. Owners just don't care. It's like they have zero pride in their business. Avoid if you can. read more

UPDATE 12/9/18 Refund has been processed. ---------------------------------------------------- I have been contacted by a representative of the business (owner?), and he has begun the process of reconciliation. They have offered to refund my purchase of the party and food for the guests. This is a step in the right direction by them and, as of now, has not been completed. I appreciate the contact of GT lanes representatives, and will keep everyone updated. When this does get settled I will post another update. Not a good place at all. Music had nothing but cuss words. Wouldn't let you pay for games only time. Cut us off on the last bowl. Didn't have soap for bathrooms. Need to burn it down read more

This bowling alley is overpriced, but I do like that it has options for the kids go do while mom and dad bowl (given that your kids also get mad when they are losing). They have laser tag, a bounce house area, an arcade, and bumper cars. They offer several forms of entertainment, but the arcade and bumper car areas ultimately just need a good facelift. The lanes are well maintained, and I've never had an issue here with my ball getting stuck, or having to be reset. They do need new bowling balls terribly. They have a snack area, and they do serve drinks and buckets of beer. One thing I do not like is the $3 minimum on card use. Bummer if the kids get thirsty, or if you need something else small. read more

I will be so glad when someone else opens a bowling alley around this area. This one is horrible. They never and I mean never answer the phone. They have no bowling pro shop. They are over priced and the staff is rude. Always a bunch of kids running through the place. Bathrooms are filthy. read more

My family and I went there this summer during the day. The place was clean. The lanes were nice and worked fine. I really liked that you could load up a card for the arcade. They have laser tag, bounce house, arcade and bumper cars. The bumper car area looked a little run down so we passed on that. The shoes appeared to be newer. The bowling balls look a little worse for wear. The kids that worked behind the counter were very patient with me in explaining how the card worked for the arcade. read more

There's a reason GT Lanes only has a 2.5 star rating. I flew here from out of state to visit my children and they absolutely ruined our evening. My son is 10, 4'6", 70 lbs and they made a huge deal about raising the bumper rails for him. Meanwhile, on the next lane, 3 boys older and larger than him had bumper rails. The Manager is rude, disrespectful, and combative. I will NEVER return to GT Lanes. EVER. I hope they go out of business. Would be a good thing. Then, perhaps, someone will open a bowling alley that has good customer service. Ridiculous establishment. read more

Way over priced , especially with the limited junk house balls they have to use . Then, my wife is tiny, not much bigger than most kids and she's pregnant and she was using a 6 lb ball. The lady came and took the ball from us saying it was for kids only that we couldn't use it. The next size we could find was 9 lb for my small pregnant wife to use. Had a birthday party scheduled for my son from 12-2 today. There was two employees there that didn't have a key and the person that had the key didn't get there to open the doors until after 12! I was told to be there at 11:45 to set up. Needless to say we didn't get our full party time and they still tried to charge me full price! After speaking with the manager there and her speaking to the head manager I got a 30% discount. Never again will we have a party there! read more

Myself and a group of friends came here for a fun night of bowling and we did not receive good customer service. The policy of ordering what you want we completely understand and we did just that. However, the food we ordered, tasted bad or old. Without fuss or confrontation, we asked initially if we could have the product replaced. We were told we couldn't. I then asked again if there was anyway anything could be done. I was told no and that I couldn't get my money back either. Now a food wasting policy I completely understand but customer service was nonexistent. I would've been happy with an apology or some type of compensation but I got neither. We'd just paid for a second game for the group and would have been gone if it wasn't for that. I returned the entire product and still wasn't compensated in any way. I wasn't looking for a freebie, just satisfaction in what we paid for. I hope customer service becomes a priority in a place that has such a large amount of patrons spending money.
