Great Value for the Area!!…read more I have stayed at this Hyatt location many times when I'm in business in the area. This stay was a good one as I was greeted warmly by the staff upon check-in and they had my name on the board welcoming me to the hotel. I also received a voucher for a free drink in which I had an ice-cold beer. My room was clean, as well as the bathroom, the wifi had a strong signal, but the room could use a little modernization as it lacks ports for USB devices. There are plenty of outlets that you can charge your phone and other devices. The breakfast was very high quality as expected at a Hyatt property. There are many items available so that you can enjoy healthy choices or go crazy with sugar and carbs. The entrance and foyer are very welcoming and there is a small menu for ordering food from the hotel restaurant. The gym is clean with modern equipment. Aside from my bathroom being in need of a renovation, I will say it was very clean. This is a very good hotel for the price and location.

It has always been BYOB, although I hear it may be changing soon, as they are obtaining a liquor license, so be prepared. Other than the brunch buffet, LH also has a pool, golf course, and multiple event venues. I have heard or experienced good things about all, and think the value is very good (that's a nice way of saying that you get more than what you pay for).

They also didn't take our name but there were only a few groups ahead of us. We eventually were seated by the hostess where a server came over and took drink orders. Coffee is self serve which i enjoyed because I hate asking to have my mug refilled all the time. It was pretty self explanatory from there. There is a fresh omelette bar, specialty waffle station and fresh eggs Benedict made to order. UPDATE 12/9/18 Refund has been processed. ---------------------------------------------------- I have been contacted by a representative of the business (owner?), and he has begun the process of reconciliation. They have offered to refund my purchase of the party and food for the guests. This is a step in the right direction by them and, as of now, has not been completed. I appreciate the contact of GT lanes representatives, and will keep everyone updated. When this does get settled I will post another update. Then my husband stripped the bed and saw more blood stain and urine stain on the mattress. The room attendants must have known and seen these stains and did nothing. They comped my first day of stay. Still not good enough.....
