Tomas was quick, friendly, and affordable. It was a simple siding repair, and he kept the fuss to a minimum. Would hire again.

I am more than impressed with this business, more directly, its owner…read more Last weekend, on a Sunday around noon, I called A1 Gutters to have them come by to give me an estimate to clean my gutters. Within an hour, the owner was in my driveway, giving my gutters the once over. He gave me an estimate, I asked when he could do the cleaning, and he told me he could have them done for me the next day. We shook hands, he gave me his card, and I told him I'd discuss with my wife and call him back either way. After having that discussion, we agreed to have him work his magic. He let me know that he'd be at the house after noon, but the next day he called around 10 and asked if he could come early. Given him the ok, he and his crew arrived and performed the job as requested. Mind you, this isn't some kid and a ladder - it's a full fledged business and it operates as one. The gutters got cleaned and there was no evidence of him doing that other than completely cleaned gutters! Later in the week I was leaving for work and found that my windshield washer was empty. I got the hose from the side of the house, and noted that it must have been used for the gutter cleaning because the nozzle was off and laying on the ground. I turned the water on and had two outlets for water - the one I was expecting and the one that got cut when the gutter guys gang used it. I got to work and called him, to ask if he knew anything about my damaged hose. He didn't deny having it cut - he said, and I fully believe him - that he didn't know anything about it but asked the type and length of the hose. He told me that he would have its replacement to my house by the end of the day. He didn't question me or ask how I knew he cut it - or anything - he took full responsibility and said he'd provide a replacement. Needless to say, I was more than happy with his agreement. I thanked him - more than once - and hung up the phone. Less than 10 minutes later, my phone rang again, and it was Eric. He said that he mentioned this to his team, who said they forgot to let him know about the hose and that they also damaged the one in the back yard. Not only did he take responsibility for the one I knew about - he told me about the other one... Mind you, I would have figured it out when I went to use it in the spring time - but to me, his taking responsibility to both hoses damage was priceless. I've found an honest, trustworthy, respectable gutter cleaning service who I'll call and recommend to anyone needing that service. He's an honest man, who provides a needed service at a fair and reasonable price, who will be called the next time my gutters need to be cleaned. Give him a call - you won't be disappointed!

I ran across this company after getting quotes/assessments from various independent parties on Craigslist as well as companies on line (ie. Legacy Outdoors/Affordable Foundations). The folks from Blue River (Adam and Misty) were very professional. They showed up on time, stood by their quotes, explained the process and materials used as well as the warranty. They also provided an architectural diagram of where all the French drains were so I can provide a copy to my neighbor and property manager when I decide to rent out the place. They took the time to answer all my questions. They also fixed a leaking/warped issue with my gutters. I had them take all the drain lines attached to my house under ground (backyard). In the front, they fixed another standing water issue (my yard's shaped like a roller coaster) that could've been a liability issue since the standing water was damaging the adjacent fence of my neighbor and leading to a pesky weeds due to oversaturation of water. They cut through the side walk to allow the water to drain properly down the street into a nearby gutter & did a phenomenal job. Blue River did more work and used more quality materials (ie. the French drain peanuts, put home drains underground, fixed gutters), yet they still were less expensive than Affordable Foundation and Legacy Outdoors and their level of customer service surpassed all independent parties and companies I'd previously received assessments from. If you have standing water/gutter issues, I'd definitely recommend these guys. I'm so glad I don't have to worry about my dogs being saturated in red clay dirt for days after a rain since the water doesn't sit any more and my front yard looks better due to less weeds from oversaturation of water.

I filed a claim with my insurance company, and Jagris, Inc. came highly recommended as a contractor. From the very beginning of the process, they exceeded my expectations. I've only filed two insurance claims in my life, this one and one a few years ago for an AC unit that was damaged by lightning, and navigating the paperwork can be overwhelming. Thankfully, Jagris and, specifically, JT Trousdale, made this experience smooth and worry-free. JT was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through the entire insurance process, breaking down the complex jargon in the adjuster's report and helping me understand what to expect at each stage. There was never a moment when I felt unsure or alone in the process. Once the claim was approved, the contract between me and Jagris was clearly written, being simple, transparent, and free of the confusing fine print that is often found in home repair agreements. Next came the selection of shingles and options. I opted for a ridge roof upgrade, and the final result is fantastic. It not only looks great but will also help keep the house cooler. Jagris made the whole planning phase seamless. The day before installation, Jagris placed protective barriers around the house to prevent debris from causing damage and to facilitate easier cleanup. The installation crew arrived promptly at 6:30 AM. They were professional, organized, and experienced. Before starting, they walked the perimeter of the house to move any items that might be in the way, and they even covered the outdoor AC unit to protect it. I let them work, occasionally stepping outside to check in and offer cold drinks. Not that I would have minded, but no one asked to come inside the house. I was amazed by their work ethic and the speed at which they completed the job. By the end of the day, both the main house and the detached garage had brand-new roofs. The cleanup process was just as impressive as the installation itself. While it's nearly impossible to catch every single roofing nail, they did an outstanding job. I found only a few nails in the driveway, which is a testament to their attention to detail. Since then, I've mowed the lawn and done yard work without running into any issues. Jagris, Inc. is a company that delivers on its promises. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. I'll be using Jagris for any future roofing needs, and I recommend them without hesitation. JT, thank you for your dedication and support throughout this process, and Semper Fi, sir. Thank you for your service.

I don't appreciate you telling your employees that they can ignore my "no soliciting" signs because what they're offering is a "free" promotion. When a business makes me come to the door to listen to a pitch, it's soliciting. I put up my "no soliciting" signs because when I'm having a bad day with my health issues, it's a serious struggle to answer the door. Plus, I never can afford whatever is being pitched anyway. The "no soliciting" sign saves me the physical struggle and saves your business some time. Please tell your employees to respect homes that have posted "no soliciting" signs, even when they're pitching a "free" promotion.
