I called the shop in the am explaining the situation and they told me they could look at it that day. Mike was fantastic. He immediately dropped what he was doing (and the shop looked very busy) and made like I was his most important customer. He diagnosed the problem that morning, ordered the part. A wire within the ignition tumbler had burned up. The part had to be shipped from the east coast. The next day, the part arrived and the part was immediately installed. Mike is extremely competent and professional. Pricing was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend Absolute Auto to anyone that needs a mechanic in the Yakima area. I wish he was in my hometown.

They were almost there with the five star and realized my washer fluid was NOT topped off. My Renton Jiffy Lube tops of all my fluids, so this was why the 5 start didn't happen. It was early on Sunday the 8th of June 2025. Despite the day and time the store already had a few customers ahead of us. These guys are great! They are very efficient as it didn't take long for them to take care of us. They were very friendly and professional. The guys seemed more like a pit crew and interesting to watch them. Each technician communicated with each other and knew exactly how to get all the many different systems checked and serviced with efficiency. If I lived in that area I would be a regular and get all my vehicles serviced with them. I wish we would have remembered their names to thank them again. Anyway an outstanding experience!

20 hours ago New Got…read morea flat and had to buy 4 new tires to make it home to Spokane. Firestone was unfortunately the only option since it was a Sunday. Hours after they said the vehicle would be ready, we can finally head out. Two hours later one of the BRAND NEW TIRES blew leaving us stranded on the side of the road. So after spending over $700 for the tires, we also got to pay $450 to tow the vehicle the rest of the way home. Dealing with the store we bought the service from sucked. Dealing with the area manager was BARELY more helpful. Even if it's Sunday, I'd wait it out until Monday to go ANYWHERE else. I now feel stuck with these tires and I don't feel safe on the road, but i can't afford to purchase another set since I already bought these out of desperation.
