But expect to pay more than you expect. Complained and asked for refund for damage. They never sent me an email about the damage and never followed up after I officially complained about damage with the workers on site and they documented the damage. They responded to the review below please note they immediately responded to a bad review very unfortunate that they don't provide immediate response when they damage your belongings or have problems with their move.

They also were smart with suggestions for best placement based on function, e.g., rotating the sectional so it could fit and identifying where the powered recliners would get most use, etc. I took away one star because I didn't appreciate having to pay for their round trip travel and gas when I already was paying for a multi-hour move job, and the fact they had individual crew members leave early with no advance notice to me.

And they were the most affordable option we looked at; we were so glad not to be driving a truck ourselves. Get the full trailer--they charge you by the foot so you only pay for the space you use. We estimated we'd need 10 ft but used 15. It's a weird time to move (March 2022-pandemic ongoing, great resignation, etc) and we'd heard and read some horror stories about traditional moving companies not getting stuff delivered for weeks because they've been just overwhelmed. The call center folks, dispatchers, and drivers at U-Pack were all pleasant, professional, and got stuff done when they said they would.

I suggest getting the biggest trailer. The minimum amount you need to use is 5ft but you have the option to use 26ft. I got quoted for 5ft but used 10ft. U-Pack will add or subtract an amount per foot based on what you use. I checked on pricing for the cubes and the big trailer was still cheaper. You fill the trailer and they will drive it anywhere. Monday afternoon I still had not heard back from them so I called them. The lady on the phone tried pushing me off on another girl that was on lunch at 1:30pm, because she had started the quote. She gave me an estimate based off the online quote on I started. Tuesday at the time of the move, I walked them through and they said there was way more they they booked for, which was 2 movers at 4 hours for $621. I'll give them, that online I could not add boxes, but they should have asked on the phone confirmation. They doubled my quote at 7 hours and $1300! Absolutely unacceptable! After I scrambled for a while, T Square movers were thankfully able to get me in that day for $900 including same day fees. They were very understanding about my now emergent situation. 2 movers were able to have me done in less than 4 hours! I will never call or recommend 2 men in a truck for anyone! I am beyond angry at the whole experience.

I called them back to ask what had happened and how the communication had gone so wrong, they said to me "hey buddy if you don't like it you're fucking stupid too, she's fucking stupid, and you can take your fucking business somewhere else" Keep in mind neither of us swore or raised our voices at this dude.
