The best of the "guachinches" we tried on Tenerife so far, and also a bit pricier. The croquetas were super nice, with a creamy filling with chicken. The wines were also amazing, especially the white wine. Queso asado came with mojo verde and mojo rojo--the green one was my favorite. Cochinillo has a nice toasty grilled flavor and was served with lemon juice. Secreto comes from a certain part of the pig and was amazing! The rice and beans were even better than i anticipated. Papas were roasted tiny potatoes with a salty exterior, served with mojo rojo--also super good as a filling side dish. The meats were grilled in an outdoor oven/grill like set-up, giving everything a nice barbecued flavor. The restaurant was beautifully picturesque with a view of the coast line and hillside houses. Highly recommend, even for the view alone! read more
