When came time to put our home on the market, it was a no brainer I was going to use team Diane MacLennan and Guada Isomaki from Pinnacle. The ten years we lived in the house, I received numerous nice and friendly visits from these two ladies although we were not at all talking about selling. If they were working hard to have us as a customer for the future, I knew they will work even harder when time comes. I was so right! We had accepted an offer very quickly before end of 2013 and we were very happy since we were relocating out of State and did not want the house emptied for long; however, due to our buyer not going through with their sale of their home, escrow failed and we were back on the market in the worst time of the year. Not only that but in January there was new laws making it harder to get approve for loans, house price went down rapidly. We were recommended by some friends to Guada and I was highly skeptical. My experience with real estate agents is that they're all fine if the process goes well and you don't ask too much of them, but Guada was beyond amazing. I never ever felt like she was in a rush to be somewhere else or was "done" with us. She listened to what my wife and I wanted and drove us to house after house.
