I was traveling thru Hinesville, GA and need someone to look at my car - a funny noise, and oil leaking where it shouldn't. I searched the internet and found Craig's shop (Auto-Mobile Service and Repair) with existing good reviews and a BBB rating of A+ ! Very often a business in a small town, especially on a Saturday, close at 12pm. By 9:00am Craig had looked at the car - made a quick assessment, started calling around for the part; by 10:30am I knew how much it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. Maybe he could have taken advantage of my situation, but he certainly didn't! (a woman, an out of 'town-er', and someone needing to get back on the road) - The repair price was more than reasonable and everything was done perfectly. Craig was a man of his word and worked past his normal Saturday hours to help me (a stranger) out. He treated me with dignity and respect - and made the car repair experience a good one. I took it back to them 2 times and they still told me nothing was wrong even after I explained how the car was running hot and shutting off. I took it to Mr. Craig. He actually lifted the hood and looked at the car. The problem was fixed in less than a minute. He didn't use a machine he just took a look told me the problem and fixed it!

For a visit to family for spring break. My Jeep Tranny gave out. ~ April Fools ~ NOT We got a tow to this shop, found the damage was Sevier & we were basically stranded with out a life line. The owner/manager John literally came to our rescue! Words can not describe the appreciation we feel toward this man! His professionalism, southern hospitality as well as compassion, kind words with some added humor he extended to us, assuring us the problem is not without solution. Reassuring me it could be replaced and his willingness to go above and beyond what a customer would typically encounter, was mind blowing!!! This was nothing less than the BEST experience I have ever encountered. I have worked with many mechanics over the decades. Most are not really concerned about ones situation or the safety and well being of the customer. However, John was compassionate and enabled us to continue on our journey. We were treated like family, I felt like God dropped me on this driveway. Through what felt like a nervous break down, because I did not have many options. I was just under 300 miles from our destination & 400 miles from home. Stuck in the middle. We left Jeep with him & continued on the ujourney to FL. John met us on a Sunday afternoon, April 7, 2019 even though this was his day off. have used these guys for a couple of years now... but just recently had something happened that…read moremade it that I will not go there ever again... took my truck there for break check, tune-up and oil change.... got it back and very next morning the check engine like was on... took it back to them, charged me $52 to check it out then was told I needed an airflow switch.. $525 later I got it back the next morning engine light back on took it back again... all they did is reset the light.. next morning back on again.. took it to another shop here in town... turns out it was a hose that had been pinched... problem solved.... would think twice about taking your vehicle to this place...
