They diagnosed the issue as worn pads and rotors, and I needed full brake replacement. Unfortunately, upon pick up the problem persisted. When I brought the car back, they found the real issue -- broken belts in the rear tires. That should've been caught the first time, but to their credit, they owned the mistake without excuses. The manager was respectful, apologized, and offered me a very fair deal on four new Mastercraft Stratus AS tires with discounted labor and extended warranty. Instead of getting defensive, they worked to make it right. I left with quality tires, professional installation, and renewed confidence in their customer service.
