I do NOT recommend Dan or his team to work with especially if you are like me, a first time home buyer. The team had me thinking this loan was going to go through.. supplied every document needed. Even had the closing date signed and confirmed. Once that came around I had to send in a recent stub, it was short for 1 day because I had just started the job and wasn't being paid for a holiday we had off.... apparently that's grounds for cancellation of the whole process. I bought everything needed and was ready to go on the closing date. This team was terrible in explaining and stating what was needed. Worst experience ever. When it was denied due to being short even though it was out of my control I was told there's nothing they could do. Ridiculous to say the least. read more

NIGHTMARE LOAN- 3 WEEKS LATE AND THEN THEY WERE LIARS!!! I cannot tell you what an awful experience I had with Dan's team, specifically Andrew, and it almost cost me my home. My loan was delayed OVER 3 WEEKS!!! It was underwritten wrong, there was no communication, and it wasn't until I threatened TO PAY CASH BECAUSE THE SELLER WAS GOING TO PULL THE DEAL that they finally completed my loan. The communication was horrible and they weren't clear on what the issues were. As a result of this, I was put in a situation where I had to cancel my movers TWICE, had to put my stuff in a UHAUL for days, and was homeless for a week. Then, when I asked for compensation for all of my expenses that I was out because of their delays, they agreed to give me a check at closing. THEY NEVER DID IT... Liars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/GROUP EVER. What a terrible experience. read more

Dan Rogers, was hands down the best solution for my mortgage process. I went through 2 different lenders before finding this man & my only regret is not finding him from the start! Lets me first talk about him personally then the loan I received through guaranteed rate. I work nights 11-7am, I would email him all the time and he would respond pretty much instantly, not just during business hours, all hours of the night & even super early in the morning! I am a very thorough person, I ask ALOT of questions & he was able to answer all of them and he never made me feel like I was imposing, he really put my mind at ease! For instance, My budget was low. That being said I was always asking him for maximum offers on certain homes. He must of given me over 40 maximum offers on homes and was always genuinely happy to do so! I was in a time crunch and he knew that as well. His team really worked hard to get me into a home as fast as possible! I still surprise alot of family and friends when i tell them how fast and easy it was to close! Now lets talk about my mortgage experience. The 1st place I went to get a mortgage was not even able to approve me for anything. The 2nd place took over a week to just get me pre-approved, and the rates were much higher than what Dan was able to offer me. Dan pre-approved me in under 24hrs! Informed me of a new homebuyer program that saved me THOUSANDS! The interest rate was much lower than my other pre-approval too!
