She made corrections if needed. It took a lot to get to her but, once I did her customer service was exemplary. I can't rave about her enough. We had a beautiful relationship over the phone. This is so important in the banking field to build up a relationship. This also ment so much to me. Now, Freedom Mortgage sold me to a mortgage company called Selena Mortgage. I was with Freedom Mortgage for almost 9 years. Nobody understands this including the supervisor that helped me monthly. Apparently Freedom Mortgage does not do their homework to make sure their customers are moved to a reputable company. Selena Mortgage is a disputable company that has less than one star rating. The reviews that I have read is all true and horrifying. I received one letter from Selene Mortgage that was contradictory. I immediately set it to Freedom Mortgage. Anyone who would read this would see a big red flag. Freedom Mortgage did absolutely nothing. It went to my supervisor who sent it to her supervisor.They just do not care and swept this under the rug as if it did not exist. This is my home that we are talking about. You do not play games concerning a mortgage. They brushed this off as if it was nothing. How does a mortgage co. do this to any of their customers? This is now the last week of February. How do I pay my mortgage? I i have never received a coupon book or an acct. number. There is no customer service and nobody to talk to with this new mortgage co. I am sure they are in touch with people there. I am sure they have phone numbers that would help and they do not. I will tell you as soon as Selene Mortgage gets information about you, they start with the robo calls which are illegal. I have blocked them. Nice welcoming, right. What does one do when your old mortgage company does this to their customers? It is beyond emotional and heartbreaking.
