Within the last…read moreten years, one of their tellers totally messed up an overseas transfer to the UK causing me to make three trips back to the bank to get the transfer done, another teller was going to charge me 10% for using their coin counting machine (while a shortage of coins has been noted by the press and businesses), and another teller refused to deposit a check for me that had been properly endorsed. Length of time as a customer or the amount of money they have made off me does not matter at all to this place. This place is being run by people who have no respect for their customers. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

Immediately at the beginning of my phone call when I told the teller there was a charge, a fee, on my account from them she told me there was no way that was possible. Her words were "Well you're mistaken because it had to come from a business, there's no way it was us." I said "No ma'am it is from the bank." She hadn't even pulled up my account to see what it was yet! When she did she said "Ohhhhh." Then said that a fee that's never been discussed with me, was new and applied here and refused to discuss any options to solve it. She had a superior attitude and was extremely hateful for absolutely no reason. Worst location yet.
