Highly highly recommend! I had a screw in my tire and the guys at Sam's Club said they couldn't patch it and that I needed to buy all four new tires because of my all-wheel-drive vehicle. They quoted me $1400. My favorite car repair shop, Stewart Auto service, recommended Joe's tire shop. They took a look at my tire and told me that they could easily patch it. Total cost was $20. I was in a real bind yesterday. My car had a nail in it and the tire pressure was very low. I was 2 hours from home and needed help. Someone at Costco of all places recommended Joe's. Had a blow out on the hwy in MO, trailer tire was an odd size. I called around for an hr to find one. Big O Tire didn't have the size, but highly recommended Joe's. Wow!! Above and beyond service!! I went looking for a donut for my 2007 Honda Accord. Joe didn't have any in stock, so he called around Springfield until he found a business that might. He eventually found a scrap yard that had some Honda Accords in their inventory, and told me they didn't inventory the spares, but that was my best bet. So I went, and sure enough, they had the spare I needed! And he did all this because he didn't want me to get stranded during my Thanksgiving travels. will never go here again and will tell everyone I know about the experience I had today i brought two rims in to get tires on them they told me 60 dollars I left the rims there at 1 in the afternoon and asked if they could get them done today they said yes called back hours later got put on hold for 20 minutes because the girl didn't want to do her job and actually get up and go ask them if they were done came in around closing time after my rims had been there 4 hours asked them why only one was done the dude said he didn't have time I said well can you guys do it tomorrow and he walked off without even saying a word and mumbled under his breath mabye you shouldn't have came in at closing im sorry you guys can't call and let some one know what's going on what was the point of taking my name and number down if you ain't gonna use it long story short the lazy mf didn't get it done and was mad cause I wanted to know why it wasn't done after being there after 4 hours but they got my other one done makes no sense to me you would think they would do them together and call when they are done or make you wait with them they need to learn how to communicate and respect the people who keeps there lights on I'm a paying customer who did every thing right I even tried to make it easier by bringing the rims off the car and dropping them off but that just means they can push them to the side and forget about them and get mad when you ask them if they can do the other one tomorrow read more

absolute fucking joke. went in to get a spare put on my old tire that blew out and it took them an hour and a half. first they sat around doing nothing for 30 minutes until we said something. then they put two tires on that had holes in them. just blatant disrespect from every worker there and they made it VERY clear they were doing everything slow on purpose. they finished three car tires in 45 minutes while we were waiting for one. i would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you expect to be treated with some decency or respect. read more

Locally owned, and operated business. It's been around as long as I can remember. You will always get a square deal. Employees are polite, and knowledgeable. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow, and sometimes a smoker pulls your car in. So your car smells like smoke. Most shop's around here still allow employees to smoke in the bay's. read more

Good budget friendly tire shop. My mother bought one new tire for $107. I'm unsure of the brand. Friendly staff. The wait time was a little long but not bad. Pros: they had a soda machine, snacks for sale, and restrooms. Cons: no diet soda available in soda machine, no other cons that I can think of. Overall a good place to get tires if you are on a budget or just want one or multiple cheap tires. read more

I've used this place a couple of times and it's great for SERVICE AND SPEED. They will fix your tire ( if it can be fixed) when no one else will! However they are the RUDEST, NON CUSTOMER SERVICE establishment I have ever came across! I had my car towed there for BRAND NEW tires on Thursday afternoon. I went to pick my car up, there was no acknowledgement of me coming in the business and no appreciation when I left the business! I'm really thinking that it's because I am a person of color! Tuesday afternoon I return there for a copy of my receipt. Once again I walked through the door, she looked at me, didn't acknowledge me and turned back to a customer. When it was my turn she asked me what I needed and then was annoyed that she had to " find" it! She then handed me a copy and said, " who's next?" Like REALLY!!! I of course am a grown up so I told her " thank you" and I left. I must add because of the person of color comment, they were being nice to the non-people of color while I was in the store. read more

Awesome! Don't let the old building fool you, this is a great place. I was told by another place that my rim was bent and unfixable, that I'd need a new rim and couldn't get my flat fixed. I found Joes by accident. I went in expecting to get a new rim and they told me that I really didn't need it. It took them like 5 minutes to bang out the dent in the rim and they just charged me to fix the flat! Honest, nice and helpful! read more

I ruined a tire on my Escape, tires had less than 30,000 miles on them. I didn't want to buy one new tire and have 3 halfway worn out tires on my vehicle. Joe's Tire Shop had a used tire, same brand, similar tread and similar tread depth and quoted me $65 installed. When I paid for it, they said $60 was good enough. When I need new tires, I'll be going back to Joe's Tire Shop. read more
