I'm assuming the manager in charge of the Victorville office should turn off her Samsung message retrieval because I've been trying to contact her about picking up my tags and all it says is read and no response. I am going on 3 days trying to get my tags and they are being very unprofessional. You asked to speak with the owner and all you have is people side tracking you and I really don't think the owner of these individual insurance companies and know what's going on or how rude his employees are.
