Their web services cancel without notice if you don't login frequently enough. Even though i had a primary number listed which i have had for over 7 years, they contact secondary numbers to reach me for account issues. There is no notification if you overdraw - i used autopay and it charged $300 overdraft without a single email or phone call generated. The customer support over the phone had no interest in helping me or retaining me as a customer. Bottom line - Service Credit Union is a much better bank, with helpful staff, and good services. And they are very military friendly. I would never send anyone to Northway Bank.

When I went to make a deposit in the Bank, there were no deposit slips. I was told they were going "paperless". I am all for helping the environment and reducing paper consumption. However it does not feel secure on ANY level to repeat my personal information, including my membership number or financial transactions verbally to the teller. Additionally, I was also asked if I wanted to pay on my credit card. My visit on this day was not for this purpose. Yet, I can see that I am going to have to decline this in the future as I generally do not pay it in person. I also do not like hearing my account balances when I have not asked. I have also noticed that the Telephone Banking instructions are somewhat out of order and confusing. If someone wants to do telephone banking, that option should be upfront. I guess the abstract sign of a lighthouse goes with the "New" changes which in my opinion are not good.

I wanted to do a walk in since I had some other questions and was told it's open but since I'm doing a deposit just to go through drive thru. She was very quick to cut off the idea and was clearly angry for some reason. She was just plain rude and was trying to rush the conversation along. Definitely not going to this Passumpsic again. I'll stick to driving farther to Littleton every time.
