We built a house 3 years ago and paid for a traditional epoxy garage floor. It didn't take long for the epoxy to fail in multiple places. We were very disappointed. I interviewed several companies and decided to go with Guardian. I felt their process and pricing was the best out there. They showed up right on time with a big crew of 5 or 6 and did an amazing job. I walked out a few times to watch them and enjoyed listening to the conversation among them. Here you have a bunch of guys who clearly enjoy what they do, and they absolutely nailed the job. My garage floor is stunning. I have a few nooks and a complicated steel finish where the drywall nearly meets the floor. This required special attention to detail to make sure the surface was appropriately covered and I'm literally blown away with how well it turned out. I am pleased to write this review of the Guardian Garage Floors Company. This is a great company with the very best employees. I asked for an estimate and they sent Jon Sigerud (Regional Sales Manager) out give me a free estimate. After he thoroughly explained the process, materials, and cost, we made an appointment to have the job completed. The crew showed up just after 7 am in the morning and began the work after explaining how it was all done and how long it should take to complete. These guys, Rod, Devin Zay(s), Alex, Luis, and Jose went to work immediately. Wow, I have never seen a group of guys work so well together. It was like a well-oiled machine. They each seemed to have a detailed routine on how to complete the job as efficiently and quickly as possible. After sanding the concrete to a smooth and clean surface, they then cleaned up the dust and repaired any flaws in the concrete surface of the floors. Now I have a three-car garage with a 40 foot RV garage so they had a lot of work ahead. They carefully completed each step with all the guys doing something the entire time. When they were ready to put down the final clear coat, all the guys went around the surface area to make sure there were no areas that needed more attention. Careful attention was given to difficult places to get to like corners and hard to get to locations. The job was completed a little after 2 pm. I was able to put my cars, etc. back in the garage and RV garage 24 hours later. I cannot say enough about how well these guys worked together to make my garage floors beautiful. I have a new build home and I knew I wanted to have the garage floors "epoxied" but didn't know much about the process or product. It seems like every company offers a "lifetime warranty" and low prices, but they weren't interested in helping me understand the product or their service/process. Guardian sent Zach to our home for a consultation and he explained what the typical epoxy floors are, and why Guardian is different. They came in at a bit of a higher price point than some other competitors, but in reality those other companies aren't true competition: Guardian has a skilled and dedicated crew, operates successfully in several states, uses proprietary materials and has been around long enough for their lifetime warranty to actually mean something! The team showed up promptly at 7am on our scheduled day and they actually finished early, which is always a bonus! On every single review website, you will find that Guardian Garage Floors uniformly has spectacular reviews. And they deserve it. Unlike some companies that, after a few questions, provide a quote over the phone, Guardian sends Eric to your house who will both answer your questions and provide you with more information than you thought you needed in order to make your decision. His presentation was impressive, and so much more knowledgeable than anyone who simply gave us a quote over the phone. If you've only just started looking for a company that coats garage floors, you should know that not all floor coatings are the same. Before we called a single company, we researched the differences between the various garage floor coatings and decided a polyurea base coat/polyaspartic top coat would be best for our AZ environment, even though it is more expensive than the traditional epoxy coating. This is what Guardian offers. Interestingly, Eric's quote was, in one instance, significantly lower than a phone quote for an epoxy coating, and smack dab in the middle of all the other quotes. The final product was exactly what we wanted. Bryce couldn't have been more accommodating to our concerns and expectations. He, along with Rod, Xavier, and Keenan did a fabulous job! And so quickly. Herbicide got spilled on our patio. Every time the patio was washed off, it killed the grass. Rented a Rug Dr and went over the spot multiple times. Only solution was to seal it. Had it done and were completely satisfied. A couple of months later the Little Giant ladder fell over and put a nickle size chink in it with a sharp edge. Called and Greg got back to me before I could call him. He came out the next morning and 15 minutes later, the chink was gone and so was Greg. Great company and employees. read more

We met Guardian Garage Floors thru a marketing postcard. We called the office to make an appointment to come out and give an estimate for a driveway coating. Eric Keefe contacted us, and we set up an appointment for him to come out and get an estimate. Eric Keefe arrived on the agreed appointment time. Erick was very professional, friendly, detailed and answered all of our questions. He brought a large selection of samples and walked us through the process. He even showed us a video of the entire process. He also gave us an address in our neighborhood where we could see the final product. Erick emailed us a detailed estimate because we were not sure if we wanted to move forward. We did visit the customers' installation, and after we were sold. We called Erick and advised we wanted to proceed but we were not sure of which color we wanted. Erick came back that afternoon after his other appointments and again went through the colors that we were interested in. We signed the contract and set up an installation appointment. The installation crew arrived on time and were very professional and again went through the process with us. When they were through, they had us inspect their work and it was exactly as promised. We absolutely love our new flooring with Guardian Garage! They came and installed the flooring on the day they said they would (they even got us in a day early due to a late cancellation). They were on time, respectful, and very hard working! They stayed until the job was completely done and it looks BEAUTIFUL! We found a small chip a couple days later (they said it shouldn't chip, but I understand it happens sometimes). The guy who installed our floors immediately responded to my text and said he would be back out the next week to fix the chip we found, no questions asked! He kept his word, arrived on the day he said he would, and fixed the chip. You can slightly tell that there was a repair done there, but it's not too bad. The only concern I had the entire time was with the original consultation. The guy who came and quoted us measured the square footage of our garage incorrectly, which somehow added a couple extra hundred square feet and obviously increased our price more than it should've been. Luckily, we knew something wasn't right and we went back out and measured it ourself. The original employee who measured incorrectly accepted his mistake, apologized, and changed the quote to be based on the correct square footage. We totally understand mistakes happen, but just be careful (with any company, not just this one) that you are confident in the square footage of your floors so you don't get overcharged. Overall, amazing company! Amazing product! And we're so happy we went with them, even though they are a tad bit pricier than other flooring companies. (They're pricier because they aren't technically epoxy; their product is better) read more

We have a 2 car garage and a 1 car garage. The painted cement was peeling away and looked terrible. Guardian came out to give us a quote on epoxy speckled floors, and we set the date.
