I switched over here because this was closer to home and also due to the amazing reviews I saw on…read morethe site, little did I know that I would have the most unprofessional staff, untimely notifications, excuse and blame shuffling experience in this office. First they messed up on my "spousal supplement" after I signed and contacted them to reject thar line of coverage. They didn't even tell me underwriting rejected it without signing another for until I reached out and stated my policy premium went up and this charge showed up. Thanks Gabriel Galeano for that mess up. Then we got my policy going up from $1100 every 6 months to $1580 the next billing period for no reason but the excuse that there was a 25% increase statewide. Now I'm not a math genius, but that is NOT 25% increase. Then the next policy pay period my insurance went up AGAIN to $1890 FOR NO REASON!!!! I I asked for a rerate on it and told them I was NOT paying for this as I have NEVER GOTTEN INTO ANY ACCIDENTS. Spoke with Nathalie Lopez Arias who by the way was highly condescending and did advise me to go find insurance elsewhere. When I pointed out what she said, she tried to back track like she didn't tell a customer to leave STATE FARM, way to do business. Then I requested a new individual who I though was going to be better, Ana Villamizar, who promised to give me updates and follow up and assured me I had enough time before my insurance police expired to fix this, but she never did! Resulting in my police expiring and I switched over to a different insurance carrier who gave me the proper rates for FULL COVERAGE. THIS OFFICE WAS A NIGHMARE TO WORK WITH. everyone was incompetent. Beware.

They charge you on your automatic payments with double payments without a reason why. Two months ago they raised us $75 and then this month it was raised an additional $45. I know for a fact that it goes to the Broker! They don't return calls they don't answer back. They're not good on their word. 3 years ago a car hit me. It cost me $7000 in repairs. It was NOT my fault and It was proven. yet Allstate still has it written down on my license that it's my fault. she hit me. I got some runaround that oh we know it's not your fault. It'll change on your record. Well, it never did and Allstate never even tried to. I feel completely and utterly taken advantage of by this office and this company. Their auto pay doesn't even work. It never work the entire time I was with them. Like who runs a company a major company like that where they can't even get their auto pay fixed? Please do not get a broker and do not go with Allstate unless of course you're just looking to burn money and be taken advantage of!
