3/16/3026 I have written 1 review but in honor of 1 year anniversary of hiring this group and no settlement yet I figured I'd write another. First. I was given too Tanisha who was HORRIBLE in communication. The company apparently in response to a message turned me over to Sylvia who ASSURED me she would communicate to me. Well, after contacting the Georgia Bar and getting directions of how to file a complaint, I attempted. The hoops I jumped thru to try and do this, you'd think an attorney devised them (OH, THEY PROBABLY DID) I just kept calling her and informed her of my review and call to the Bar. She perked up and communicated like twice. So , I ended up calling the insurance company and finding out what I had to do ( apparently Sylvia was incapable) and the Medicare office taking me a full day of which I should bill Sylvia (we know how that would work out). So I did what Sylvia should have done, texted Sylvia, still no reply. So I called Sylvia and told her I was going to write a 2nd review ( HI Sylvia) and CALL the GA. BAR. Called the Bar, left message. If they call me back, I will inform them of me doing Sylvia's job. DON'T CHOOSE THIS LAW GROUP. read more

The guardian law group and my rep.Kayla absolutely, suck. They wasted 6 months of my time. Requesting incorrect medical records using an incorrect name, and now so much time has gone by. They say it's my fault. Because the statute of limitations is up. This is absolutely absurd and ridiculous. These people are ambulance chasers, and only deliver on the easy cases. read more

If I knew what I knew now I would steered clear from this "law firm". They call you until your phone blows up when you first get in an accident for the first few weeks. Immediately after that they don't reach out to you for months on end. Then when you receive your settlement which could take nearly two years it's barely anything. They are unprofessional, the "lawyers" or "case managers" will leave you on hold all day long and not get back to you, then when they finally do they sass mouth you and remind you of how many times you've called. Then they conveniently give you your settlements on Friday after 2:30 and when it's time for the funds to be verified no one can answer the phone. Imagine waiting an over a year and 6 months to have your case settled then have to wait over a holiday weekend to get your funds because no one is able to answer the phone to verify the check? I don't recommend this to any person, not even my worse enemy. But shout out to Richard he did his part to make sure I got my money and was able to certify it for me. read more

Guardian Law has to be the worst law firm on this planet. If there was a selection for a zero minus star, I would have selected it. I had my accident June 9, 2024 as I was headed to church. I was given a card by Officer Kang Badge# 1214 with my case number on it and the email (crashdocs.org) to receive my accident report. I was solicited by this company, they indicated that they would provide me with my report. I ended up picking my report from the downtown Duluth police station off of Buford Hwy. I started receiving phone calls from someone indicating that they worked for the Guardian Law Firm, needless to say, I was talking to a bird dog (an individual who makes their living calling on behalf of a company, but doesn't work directly with the company). I indicated that I was not interested, even though, I was in pain. I had been to my hospital the day of accident. The individual harassed me all the way into the month of July. I told them that I was skeptical due to the poor reviews and some of the reviews indicated that Guardian Law took over one year to payout. After numerous of phone calls to me in July 2024, I signed electronic documents that vanished. I asked for a copy and have not yet received it. I went to every appointment they scheduled and consistently received a phone call to make sure I was keeping my appointments or even if I was at the appointments. I received no meds from anyone because I had been prescribed the same medications by my medical provider the day of the accident. I received a MRI, chiropractic treatments, and plasma injections. I received a phone call from my now case manager, Jarett Cunley, in November 2024 that the insurance was offering a settlement. I agreed on the settlement and Mr. Cunley insured me that I should receive the payout sometime in December 2024, but he could not guarantee before Christmas. I called the number 404-255-9000 in January 2025, was told to leave a voicemail message. It seems like the only people who are available are the desk helpers. I called my case manager again on February 17, 2025 at 1:56 pm but got Juned Ansari/ Legal Specialist. I finally received a phone call back from Jarett Cunley at 2:20 pm and he gave me his direct number to call. Mr. Cunley indicated that he would email my contact that I signed and the document of the amount offered from insurance company when he got off the phone with me. I have not received any information as of yet. I called Guardian Law again at 5:06 pm on March 6, 2025. I also called Mr. Cunley again twice March 6, 2025, and his mailbox was full at 5:06 pm. I called at 5:11 pm and talked to the receptionist Ms. Shivani, she stated that she would leave a message for him. No response from Mr. Cunley. I called Guardian Law again today April 9, 2025 at 12:01 pm and asked to speak to the supervisor and the person that answered the phone did not know who the supervisor was. I called back again today at 12:06 pm and talked to the desk helpers, Rashid and I asked again if there was a supervisor and he indicated yes but the person was not available at the moment. I finally got a phone call back from Mr. Jarett Cunley at 12:25 pm, April 9, 2025 he indicated that they have my check ready but they were negotiating with one of the medical providers. All I can say is, it has been almost a year since my accident and I have yet to receive any payment and the insurance has paid out. I have been reaching out to Guardian Law like they were when I was receiving treatment. Now that the treatment is over with, I can't get them on the phone to save my soul. I agreed with Mr. Cunley to wait two more weeks to receive my settlement by April 23, 2025 or the next step is to the Georgia Attorney Bar and the BBB. I had a real bad experience they stole more then half of my settlement and from the start they other party stated they was at fault and took care of the car I myself spoke with the other insurance company and Guardian law did not do anything but stole My money more than half would never recommend them to anyone walked away feeling robbed read more
