As I searched my files to provide "proof" that I am a client, I realized Ive been begging this firm to be more organized and have better follow through since 2023. Its 2026!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT. ----- I gave this firm two separate cases and two opportunities. My experience was essentially the same both times: poor communication, disorganization, lack of urgency, and very little meaningful legal strategy or advocacy. While both cases were strung along for more than a year one of my matters went to mediation. During mediation, opposing counsel came to the table with an initial offer of approximately $3,000. I expected my attorney to provide strategy, advise me on an appropriate counteroffer, negotiate, and advocate for me. Instead, I received virtually no leadership or direction. That case was ultimately dismissed, and after entrusting it to this firm for so long, I was left with little to no opportunity to seek other counsel. And the consequences are real. I am now left with permanent physical ailments and necessary repairs and remediation that remain unfinished and unpaid for, with no financial recovery from the two claims I hired this firm to pursue. When choosing an attorney, I look for five things: communication, organization, responsiveness, strategy, and advocacy. In my experience, this firm was 0 for 5. I gave them two chances because I try to support my community. I would not give them a third. If your case requires real strategy, follow-through, and someone willing to advocate for you when things get difficult, I would look elsewhere.
