I…read morebecame aware of his work when he was designing systems and installing cameras and other equipment in large warehouses throughout Indiana. Since he was new in his business journey, he agreed to design a elaborate security system for my business. Obviously, the equipment is become better over time and I have worked with him over the years in supporting my system that has 24 cameras. He is always prompt when called, and he is dedicated to his work, as he is an engineer by background. Even designed a small discrete camera at an entrance with the doorbell included so individuals could ring the doorbell if they needed access to the facility. This particular unit has an armored cover and is very discrete, so we can see who wants to come in. He designed and fabricated this camera in his facility, and brought it to us fully built and ready to install. It worked immediately when he wired it in and fit our needs exactly! Only a qualified, experienced technical engineer could see ahead enough to plan a system that is capable of being upgraded without a lot of problems. I guess the thing I like best about Rick at the Big Brother Security is exhibited when you have a vendor that is technical enough, and visionary enough to not rely totally on out-of-the-box solutions, and is able to design a bullet proof camera that reliably works! I would not hesitate to recommend Rick for any security solution, for he is tried and true. I have never seen him in a pickup truck, he always works in vans so he can carry all the equipment and instrumentation he needs for any job. If he has to order parts, he stays on the project and monitors its progress. Best of all, he is not allusive and he stays in touch with his customers until they have a satisfactory solution and are happy. BTW, I know nothing of this guy in the picture with the pickup truck that dumped a mattress on someone's property! Stay away from that dude, and do not worry about working with Rick at Big Brother Security in Indianapolis. He deserves five stars *****!

    We recently bought a new home and called Technology Interiors to mount the TV's that we purchased…read morefrom their company. There were five TV's in total and they sent three people who were at our house from 9:30-1:45, with an hour break (so, under 4 hours). They did the job. Communication was nonexistent prior to leaving, aside from telling me that they needed to adjust the invoice, and when I asked if they had my email and phone number, the attitude started (eye roll and sigh, while flipping the papers to me and telling me that he "didn't have a pen, so he didn't know what to tell me." Additionally, when I asked about the theater system, he told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to figure it out myself. Not impressive. Then the bill for $2500 was sent to my email, which seemed a bit high. After writing a nice email simply asking why the cost was so high, this was the response (see below). Apparently, they are in a league of their own...but only in pricing, and not in courtesy or communication. I want to note that we purchased all but one TV from them and have had numerous appointments in between for help and they were always glad to attend to them (again, not the most personable people, but that I can live with). All of this I could stomach, and the recent bill I could live with, but the email below is the most arrogant, rude, condescending communication I have read in a long time. So no, Nate and Co. -- you aren't "trunk slammers" or other "lowly companies". My father was a "trunk slammer" and he had a Master's Degree, but loved working with his hands and was the most detail oriented, courteous person I've ever met. Then I will also remind you that you wrote this email to a Marine who is 100% disabled and REALLY knows what it is like to "slam trunks". I would only recommend this company to people who don't care about their finances -- not the "little people" who, despite their income level or status, pay attention to detailed billing. Oh, and Nate, I have duel Master's Degree, have run several successful businesses, and I still remember how to speak to my customers. They pay my bills and I actually appreciate their business. I am clearly not you.

    I had Nathan come out to a new home that I purchased to give me an estimate on a home theater and…read moreentertainment system in my basement. After the in home consultation, I never heard from anyone ever again. I emailed them, called them, and could never get ahold of anyone that could provide an estimate or help at all. I would recommend using someone else.
