I found an…read moreapartment listing on Craigslist and just trying to set up a visit was a mess! when I reached out he gave me a time (no address) I said it would work for me and heard nothing, the day before i reach out and asked the address. He emails said can you look at it now? I responded explaining how that does work then he calls asking if I can (doesn't read the email). Very pushy just repeating can you come today? i could not so he says I'll call you back. he never calls back. Morning of rolls around and I send another email asking if were still going to meet, I call the office leave a message with someone else. I get a call 15 mins after we were supposed to meet asking if I was there. How can I be there I never received the address ... he finally gives it me and says can you meet now. I do I rush there and call and he's not there... I had to talk to another realtor on the phone as I showed the place to myself. I call later that day to ask for an application- I receive an email with no Instructions. I fill it out and scan it. I wait a few day, and today I sent an email following up, didn't hear so I called asking if my application was received and he just says oh it's been rented..... this experience has been nothing but frustrating and time wasting. I would not recommend this company or individual to anyone. They're are plenty of professional realtors out there who would actually deserve a commission.
