Being sent to your mainland call center was a PITA. She wasn't even listening. Simple questions seem to be buggin' people these days with lack of customer service and listening skills. Fail. Your website is very presumptive with the measurements as if we're supposed to know what each # x # x # correlates to -- W x L x H?? H x L x W?? Or, some other combination we're supposed to have psychic powers to know? When she clarified (L x W x H) and I asked about the 16' height on one small unit, she just cut me off to tell me completely inaccurate information about "it must be a parking unit" and "are you needing to rent a unit?" (No, I was just looking to waste my time. Pffft. Human robots.) Now, I get an automated text -- NOT REQUESTED -- from UHaul asking if I "received all assistance needed during your call with Sherry?" This is a great place for storing luggage while waiting for hotel check in or an evening flight. I was able to rent a storage locked (3x4x5') for $51 (including tax - March 2023) directly from the website. When you complete the forms you are emailed codes for self access between 6a and 9p. The rent is for a month so you can use it both sides of your trip, if needed, and don't need to keep bags in your car. Just a few miles from LIH so really convenient. The facilities are nice, clean, air conditioned and well maintained. Such a difference from other storage places here on Kauai!!! And the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I think the price was SLIGHTLY higher than the other options, and I'm one to usually go for the most frugal option, but Guardian is so much better and absolutely worth it! I've had storage here for over a year and never a problem. Units are nice, clean, well maintained and the friendliest staff around. Their very helpful, accommodating and always willing to answer questions and help in any way. Inside units are AC controlled and plenty of space in facility. Bathrooms are always clean and easy access if your renting one. Also very secure. read more
