When I took it back because it wasn't functional for what I needed. No questions asked immediately. They got me a different drill and I was back out the door within two minutes. The job took about 15 minutes and I got busy with the next stage of what I was doing. I forgot to, take the drill back over and realized at 8 PM that I had done so. At approximately 10 the next morning, I took the drill in and there was no extra charge for my negligence in returning it on time. I believe that they went beyond the call of duty with this job. I used to work at a rental counter and I know what is typical.Arapahoe rental is not typical. I will continue to use them and give them my rental equipment needs.

Then I called Arapahoe, spoke with Josh, who knew exactly what I needed, told me the capabilities and how he had used this equipment before, and things to consider when planning. I picked up the equipment the next morning from Ayden who taught me how the equipment worked, how to transport it and how to protect the battery. He and Aikman (spell?) then loaded it in my truck. I saw that almost every review was 5 stars. There was one person who gave them a 1 star and I know after being in business for over 30 years there is always that one person. So I called ahead to see if there was anything special that I needed to bring with me. The lady on the phone was very helpful. She said that when I got to the location they would set me up. When I arrived it was busy. The young lady working there was working with one customer filling his tanks and another was just ahead of me. When it was my turn she walked me through what I would need (new adaptors so I could use my RV's current hook ups and regulator). She was very helpful and pleasant. She kept everyone in order and was on top of it. I told her that I pick this place because of the reviews and she said that she was proud of doing a good job. She also mentioned the negative review that was posted and said the guy never came to her location. He mentioned the receptionist as being rude and there is no receptionist on sight. Just her and the 2 awesome dogs in the office. Anyway I had an amazing first experience at Affordable Propane from the first call to getting my 2 tanks filled. The price was 1/2 of what I would hav3e paid at the other locations I called. So although the reviews were better I also came for the price as well. It was a win win and I will be back.
