I actually decided on a different bag than what I'd come in to try on. She and all the girls in there were very friendly. I still wanted to shop around before I purchased so I told Shannan I'd be back. When I texted her later saying I was on my way back to make my purchase, she already went to grab the bag I wanted from the back of the store. Can i leave a review for just the door man with the Australian accent, wow he's amazing. He was the best part of my entire day and really amplified the experience here for me. Unfortunately the second guy who helped us out, short, skinny, that haircut, white, had a bit of an attitude and didn't really seem to want to help us. We had a return that he wouldn't do for us because we wanted to purchase a bracelet at another store so instead of doing the return while we were there already he asked us to bring the bag to the other store. He said there was one of the bracelet we wanted at the other store and was pretty sure they would still have it? I'm not sure why he didn't just call and make sure, (guy at other store was confused he didn't call first either) Either way, if it wasn't for the door man saying bye to me I prob would have left in a way worse mood. Went to other store at Beverly and had a great experience with customer service... here .. we'll put the door guy as a sales associate please. read more

My husband bought me the black interlocking G tights online for $290. Upon putting them on they ripped all the way down my private area. He tried returning them and he was told they were worn and couldn't be returned, exchanged or repaired. They offered nothing. Of course I had to wear them to try them on. These leggings were poorly made and defective because not even $10 nylons from Target have torn that way. I hope nobody else has my experience with this defective product because you'll be out your money and the nylons. All they did was say they were worn and shipped them back. I understand their business guidelines but it doesn't see fair to me when I didn't rip them, they ripped on me trying them on at home. sad to say that I had a bad experience at Gucci. I am quite familiar how client services works. I purchased something through. I returned it and never got a refund and when I call the store, there is no answer. I have been waiting for five days and no answer I get these people on the phone Customer Service and they all sound scripted. They all sound like they can careless the same tone of voice like a teenager almost not bothering to listen. Just keep talking over me. I was supposed to get a return and they put a return for the wrong amount now I have to wait I disputed with my bank and it's going to take two weeks to get that money, if you buy anything pay cash. I came in on Jan 5th to make a return and was told by the manager Ashley that I missed the return window by 1 day. She said she'll do me "one solid" and I can make an exchange. I wasn't feeling anything in the store that day but would gladly take a Gucci or Bloomingdales gift card to come back later but she stated that wasn't possible. So I left. While shopping at another store I didn't feel that was right and looked at the receipt again where it actually said return until Jan 14 not Jan 4th. I go back into the store letting her know it looks like she just misread it that it's actually Jan 14 and not Jan 4th. Instead of owning up to her error she states that "all returns are cut off Jan 4" even though it does not say it anywhere that Jan 4 is the last day for holiday returns. She said she can't do anything about and to go back to the original store it was purchased at (south coast plaza) and I can "try" to see if they'll accept the return. I told her I didn't understand if I have a receipt why I can't return it there bc a trip to Orange County is a bit out of the way since I was already there. She said her hands were tied and "should try" south coast plaza. If that's policy then I understand but why is she sending me to another store? It seems they can pick and choose who they want to help? I guess it wasn't my day so I left. Anyways I went to South Coast Plaza where they returned my item without any hassle. So won't be coming back to this location and will make the trip to South coast plaza from now on. Pro tip- don't buy anyone gifts from this location in case they won't let your recipient return the gift and you just wasted several hundred/thousands on an unwanted gift. read more

I buy most of my designer bags online and at major department stores mostly for convenience, and normally I only go into designer boutiques if I need to try something on in person. I avoid them sometimes because I hate snooty salespeople. But I've been here a few times and the customer service is excellent even if I'm not buying anything (ie just getting a repair or something). I haven't met a single person yet who isn't friendly and willing to help. And they always offer me a sparkling water which is nice. Gucci is my favorite designer brand and I'd be disappointed if I ever had poor customer service in store. Happy to say it's not the case here. If I'm shopping for another Gucci bag I will definitely consider coming here. Selection is a bit smaller but I'm sure they could help you order what you want. Go for the great service :) read more

All I can say is: Marquis!!! He is an absolute GEM of a salesman. I was on the hunt for my first ever designer bag yesterday and I was so looking forward to my experience. I originally went to Nordstrom but was frankly put off by the service there- heavy on the pushy-ness and light on the personality. I was interested in a Chloé bag there but the gal lost me, so I moved along to Bloomingdale's where I went straight to the Gucci pop up and met Marquis. Wow! I stopped into this store on a whim to check out a bag that I had been eyeing for over a year. Upon entry I was greeted warmly by Yessica. Being new to making such a big purchase I was a bit hesitant, but Yessica's customer service and treatment was above and beyond. She was patient and very down to earth, she showed me lots of options and allowed me to ensure that whatever I was looking for would work for me. Once I narrowed it down another lovely associate Elke (person stylist for Bloomingdales) helped chime in with styling tips. All in all, this was probably the best shopping experience I have had. Hello Dahhlings, I'm back to let you know about the excellent experiences I had at this particular Gucci store in Bloomingdales. I walk in just to take a browse and the young lady greeted me warmly and kept moving on about her business. When I did have a question to ask, she was very polite and knowledgeable, her name was Samantha and she was Awesome. I'm pretty new to Los Angeles, so I'm just starting to explore a little of everywhere. The Beverly Center is almost around the corner but I choose to come to this location because they are right in my path to the vet and they are being remodelled; you can tell a lot about a company or business by the way they behave when they are not at their best. So anyway I didn't expect much, I literally came into the store broke but looking for things I might want when I get some money. Lol. It's called window shopping and I do it well. Samantha Vargas helped me window shop and never had an attitude with me, she wrote down names, style and model numbers and even looked online for items and colours that were not in the store at the time. That was 2 weeks ago, yesterday I go back into the store and I think Samantha was on break so I was helped by a cute sales guy who I believe was named John. John also took the time to speak to me and then continue to do his job. This time I came back with more knowledge so I knew the 3 things I wanted to take a closer inspection of. John had no problem stopping to get things for me and seeing if items were in the back that were not on the showroom floor. In the end I bought myself a Gorgeous Caleido Backpack. But, wouldn't have if the service hadn't been exquisite both times that I had come into this store. Both times I came in looking barely presentable but that did not make their awesome sales team treat me as any less of a person. Many designer stores can be intimidating for people to want to walk into and shop at. Really it shouldn't be like this but it is the case. I just want Gucci to know that their store at Bloomingdales at The Westfield Shopping center off Santa Monica Blvd is an awesome snapshot of what every Gucci experience worldwide should be like. That was my 3rd time buying a Gucci product and because of the delight I had purchasing them, I will most likely be a long time customer and supporter of their brand.
