I want what I want, when I want it. One year ago I didn't want the Coda neon sneakers. This morning I woke up needing (yes, needing) them in my life. Does this make me some sort of freak? I guess so. Anyways, I hopped in a cab and brought the beautifully crafted neon orange hi-top sneakers that were made just for me. They come in four colors, but here they only have men's sizes- bright green (size 10.5) and orange (my size). I absolutely love them. I love them even more because they were half off of the original price. I'm so glad that these sneakers are still here because they are literally sold out at Saks & Neiman's and are full price at Gucci and Bloomie's online. Service was friendly and prompt, causing me to get in and out while the meter was still running. Such a Sex & The City moment! Ive been to the store twice and have had great experience each time. Yes there is a line for about 30 mins wait so just be prepared or book apt ahead of time. I didnt mind waiting. If you can save good discount i think a little waiting doesnt hurt. Plus you can window shop a bit while waiting check out some selections. I dont follow follow these luxury brands religiously so i dont know what they have as current style. But if you can find a piece you like thats timeless and classic thats all it matters. They have good selection and changes regularly. Sales staff are friendly and professional. They do a good job social distancing since they control the num of people coming in. If i ever want to get a nice gift this is the place I would go. There is a regular boutique 10 mins from me but i dont mind the drive and wait if i can save a few hundreds. read more

Wish I could rate this store 0 stars after the WORST experience I had. no one helps you unless you're white and look "rich", whether you are or not. I literally stood there, waiting to spend around a total of $2500 with all the items I wanted to buy for my brother's birthday. i kept asking for assistance maybe 4 times and absolutely no assistance was provided until i directly went to a lady on the floor who kept avoiding me, instead she went to assist her clearly white customers, even the ones that showed up AFTER me. of course she was rude and basically scoffed me off as if my non-white, unbranded look couldn't afford the items at the store - mind you I'm a medical doctor with, trust me, enough change to spend at this store. Funny how all the white customers kept coming and going, clearly window shopping, were assisted when I told the cashier I AM READY TO PAY. I walked right out, I'll have my business handled elsewhere instead of this discriminatory store. So I came to purchase a pair of slides & sneakers, after waiting 30-45 min in a line outside I was then let into the store & was told that an associate will come help me in just a moment (I've been to those store before & have purchased so I'm aware that they'll typically come to you in 5 or so minutes) I was waiting by the shoe section for around 15 min & I asked another associate to help but yet they just said oh I'll go grab someone and never came back.. I eventually got a hold of a young man there & when I was making sure I get the right size for the slides he would walk off every single time & disappear for 15 min at a time... I finally got the right size and went to go pay, I got home & tried them on again & was given the wrong size... let alone I felt completely disregarded & no one was willing to actually help me but to then be sent home with the wrong size after purchasing them makes it seem like they could care less.. for those that are not aware once you select the item they take it back behind the register and have it held until your ready. Well it seems like someone wasn't paying attention.. completely frustrating & not a pleasant experience. read more

The employees will label this store a "outlet" store but no where anywhere is it actually labeled that. If you purchase ANYTHING from this location you will never be guaranteed an actual matching box that goes with the product. Additionally, the RFID tag that should be on every product isn't any where to be found and the employees at this outlet store will never actually demonstrate that the RFID works and is actually there and actually shows it was bought or sold at this location. BE AWARE. This store does NOT represent Gucci in any way other than second hand items. The bags and boxes are bad. What an awful experience. I'm glad to read other reviews, one in particular stood out from Anasia. The manager TAFFY is absolutely RUDE, DISMISSIVE, and CONDESCENDING. I honestly think she's racist, the way I was treated by her was just WRONG. This is my first time writing a review on here but that's how strongly I feel to write this. I waited over an hour to get into the store to do an exchange. I was gifted a pair of psychedelic sneakers for my birthday and wanted to switch them for something else. The manager Taffy, took my temperature, and immediately asked if I had an exchange. I proceeded and told her yes it was a gift and she looks at the shoes (brand new) and says without a receipt there's nothing she can do. I explained it was a gift and I wasn't given a receipt. She begins look flustered and annoyed with me, and says "AGAIN, without a receipt there's nothing I can do" (rudely). I ask if there's a manager that may be able to assist. She proceeds by telling me she is the store manager and all she can do is try to look up the sale on her phone. Asking me questions, who purchased it? There first and last name? There phone number? What date? All in a rude and nasty way, as if I was bothering her. She kept saying "Nothing under that name" "Nothing under that phone number" almost insinuating that this person didn't buy me the shoes. I was treated as if I stole a box of shoes from there stock room and placed it in a shopping bag. I stood up front with the manager Taffy for a good 15-20 minutes which felt like like 45 minutes. As people continued to come in and out of the store, even the sales people were looking at me like they felt bad. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. She didn't even have the decency to let me look around while she "tried" to pull up the transaction. She had me standing there, in front of the store by the front doors with the shoes for 20 minutes! I was trying to make phone calls to see what name was used when my gift was purchased. I just didn't understand how someone could run a store like this and treat people this way. I even explained to her that I've tried to call this store numerous times, I waited on an hour line and this was a gift. I asked her if there was any way possible to do this exchange and she said no. That there was no proof of purchase so there's nothing she can do. Absolute bull. First thing she could have done was been polite, and not so rude and dismissive. I will never shop at that store again. At least now I know I'm not the only person she treated this way. After an hour and half, yes a full HOUR AND A HALF. (Hour line) there was no resolution. Walked in to the store and we were welcomed and greeted upon our arrival. The collection is very limited but they do have some great pieces at a great price! The women's sections takes the front of the store. They have a good selection of women's shoes. Mens store is further in the back and the deals are great as well. They have apparel, shoes and accessories. Most of the items are limited and the only one available is the one on display, which is usually very worn. I went to the Gucci Outlet at Sawgrass Mills on a Saturday morning. There was a line in front of the store with about 8 people, so I decided to get in line thinking that it must be quite a sale going on if there is a line outside. Mind you, NONE of the other stores in the immediate area had lines such as Prada, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Coach, and Michael Kors. I looked through the window as I stood in line and noticed that there were at least twice as many sales associates inside then there were customers. So why have everyone wait outside?? Apparently they try to create hype that there is something special inside, however the store was a HUGE disappointment with very few items on sale. Example, just went inside with a two-week old shoe that their store doesn't have yet because they are an "outlet" and not a retail store. I went there this past Tuesday and after standing in line to get in for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was so happy because i was buying a Christmas gift for my mother. My husband goes 3 days later because I kept raving about how awesome it was even though there was a wait. He purchased for me 3 purses and a wallet. They could have allowed everyone in and people would be in and out in 5 min and there wouldn't be a line at all ever, since there is nothing extraordinary inside. This is the only store in the mall that does this. Oh, and you would think that once inside at least you would get help, but no. No one approached me to help. I used to be a Gucci consumer, but this store has turned me off from the brand. I visited this store June 23 2017 and me and my son were treated like thieves. When we walked into the store the young lady behind the counter greeted us with a welcoming salutation. That is where the customer service stopped. I had recently experienced a knee injury so I was walking with a cane and had to sit down. I told my son to look around and find the belt and shoes that he was looking for. A gentlemen in the store immediately started to follow him. He wasn't trying to hide the fact that he was following him. It had gotten so bad that he almost ran into my son's ankles. I was looking forward to purchasing a new bag for myself but I quickly realized that my business was not wanted here.
