Ive been to the store twice and have had great experience each time. Yes there is a line for about 30 mins wait so just be prepared or book apt ahead of time. I didnt mind waiting. If you can save good discount i think a little waiting doesnt hurt. Plus you can window shop a bit while waiting check out some selections. I dont follow follow these luxury brands religiously so i dont know what they have as current style. But if you can find a piece you like thats timeless and classic thats all it matters. They have good selection and changes regularly. Sales staff are friendly and professional. They do a good job social distancing since they control the num of people coming in. If i ever want to get a nice gift this is the place I would go. There is a regular boutique 10 mins from me but i dont mind the drive and wait if i can save a few hundreds. read more

Wish I could rate this store 0 stars after the WORST experience I had. no one helps you unless you're white and look "rich", whether you are or not. I literally stood there, waiting to spend around a total of $2500 with all the items I wanted to buy for my brother's birthday. i kept asking for assistance maybe 4 times and absolutely no assistance was provided until i directly went to a lady on the floor who kept avoiding me, instead she went to assist her clearly white customers, even the ones that showed up AFTER me. of course she was rude and basically scoffed me off as if my non-white, unbranded look couldn't afford the items at the store - mind you I'm a medical doctor with, trust me, enough change to spend at this store. Funny how all the white customers kept coming and going, clearly window shopping, were assisted when I told the cashier I AM READY TO PAY. I walked right out, I'll have my business handled elsewhere instead of this discriminatory store. The employees will label this store a "outlet" store but no where anywhere is it actually labeled that. If you purchase ANYTHING from this location you will never be guaranteed an actual matching box that goes with the product. Additionally, the RFID tag that should be on every product isn't any where to be found and the employees at this outlet store will never actually demonstrate that the RFID works and is actually there and actually shows it was bought or sold at this location. BE AWARE. This store does NOT represent Gucci in any way other than second hand items. The bags and boxes are bad. If you go and they give you shitty items you need to stand up and shit on Gucci in the store to a manager. read more

So I came to purchase a pair of slides & sneakers, after waiting 30-45 min in a line outside I was then let into the store & was told that an associate will come help me in just a moment (I've been to those store before & have purchased so I'm aware that they'll typically come to you in 5 or so minutes) I was waiting by the shoe section for around 15 min & I asked another associate to help but yet they just said oh I'll go grab someone and never came back.. I eventually got a hold of a young man there & when I was making sure I get the right size for the slides he would walk off every single time & disappear for 15 min at a time... I finally got the right size and went to go pay, I got home & tried them on again & was given the wrong size... let alone I felt completely disregarded & no one was willing to actually help me but to then be sent home with the wrong size after purchasing them makes it seem like they could care less.. for those that are not aware once you select the item they take it back behind the register and have it held until your ready. Well it seems like someone wasn't paying attention.. completely frustrating & not a pleasant experience. read more

What an awful experience. I'm glad to read other reviews, one in particular stood out from Anasia. The manager TAFFY is absolutely RUDE, DISMISSIVE, and CONDESCENDING. I honestly think she's racist, the way I was treated by her was just WRONG. This is my first time writing a review on here but that's how strongly I feel to write this. I waited over an hour to get into the store to do an exchange. I was gifted a pair of psychedelic sneakers for my birthday and wanted to switch them for something else. The manager Taffy, took my temperature, and immediately asked if I had an exchange. I proceeded and told her yes it was a gift and she looks at the shoes (brand new) and says without a receipt there's nothing she can do. I explained it was a gift and I wasn't given a receipt. She begins look flustered and annoyed with me, and says "AGAIN, without a receipt there's nothing I can do" (rudely). I ask if there's a manager that may be able to assist. She proceeds by telling me she is the store manager and all she can do is try to look up the sale on her phone. Asking me questions, who purchased it? There first and last name? There phone number? What date? All in a rude and nasty way, as if I was bothering her. She kept saying "Nothing under that name" "Nothing under that phone number" almost insinuating that this person didn't buy me the shoes. I was treated as if I stole a box of shoes from there stock room and placed it in a shopping bag. I stood up front with the manager Taffy for a good 15-20 minutes which felt like like 45 minutes. As people continued to come in and out of the store, even the sales people were looking at me like they felt bad. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. She didn't even have the decency to let me look around while she "tried" to pull up the transaction. She had me standing there, in front of the store by the front doors with the shoes for 20 minutes! I was trying to make phone calls to see what name was used when my gift was purchased. I just didn't understand how someone could run a store like this and treat people this way. I even explained to her that I've tried to call this store numerous times, I waited on an hour line and this was a gift. I asked her if there was any way possible to do this exchange and she said no. That there was no proof of purchase so there's nothing she can do. Absolute bull. First thing she could have done was been polite, and not so rude and dismissive. I will never shop at that store again. At least now I know I'm not the only person she treated this way. After an hour and half, yes a full HOUR AND A HALF. (Hour line) there was no resolution. So much for making the customer happy, completely unprofessional and what a lack of luxury. Save your money and your time or shop at another Gucci. read more

I visited this location last week May 19/2016 and I received nothing but Good service from beginning to end. All the staff was friendly, attentive and helpful, even the Security guard. My salesman Courtney was wonderful and humorous. I purchased 2 purses for a Excellent price too. I've read many negative reviews about this store, but I never experienced any of that negatively. After waiting in line for over an hour, I was finally able to find my purchase. After another hours of waiting to be checked out at the register I finally made it to see and pay for my purchase THEY BAGGED AND TRIED TO SELL ME THE DAMAGED DISPLAY BAG!!!!! The guy even specifically said when I picked the bag "let me get a fresh one from the back" & still had the nerve to try and sell me the display bag which was all scratched on the outside and the inside pocket and dented and folded down. After showing the cashier the scratches she immediately could see them herself and asked for a different one from the back, they brought a "new" one and IT WAS DAMAGED TOO!! After they tried to sell me one damaged display bag and another clearly damaged returned bag, I simply told them no thanks and I'll order NEW online! They also offer no boxes?! What the heck I would definitely like a box to protect my $2,000 purse! HORRIBLE STORE, stay away!!!! Your better buying online if it's something you truly want! Walked in to the store and we were welcomed and greeted upon our arrival. The collection is very limited but they do have some great pieces at a great price! The women's sections takes the front of the store. They have a good selection of women's shoes. Mens store is further in the back and the deals are great as well. They have apparel, shoes and accessories. Most of the items are limited and the only one available is the one on display, which is usually very worn. If you are lucky to find an item you like and it's in the back it's a great investment piece so don't hesitate to swipe away! read more

I went to the Gucci Outlet at Sawgrass Mills on a Saturday morning. There was a line in front of the store with about 8 people, so I decided to get in line thinking that it must be quite a sale going on if there is a line outside. Mind you, NONE of the other stores in the immediate area had lines such as Prada, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Coach, and Michael Kors. I looked through the window as I stood in line and noticed that there were at least twice as many sales associates inside then there were customers. So why have everyone wait outside?? Apparently they try to create hype that there is something special inside, however the store was a HUGE disappointment with very few items on sale. So sad that they have to resort to such cheap tactics to attract customers. I'm sure that they will not be in business too much longer. read more

Terrible experience. I finally made my way to see this store only to be held up at the door like it was some trendy nightclub! When I asked what the holdup was I got a stupid excuse that there was a mess in the back. I had to ask if they don't have enough employees or something. When I got in I was not only disappointed by the selection, but there were like 5 customers. No one welcomed me like they do in Coach, or the other high end outlets. The worst experience ever. They had people wait outside in a line as if we were waiting to go inside a nightclub or as if inside was so packed they had no choice but to do so. While in line we could clearly see inside the store to notice that there were hardly anyone in there and the employees were running around looking confused and unprepared for the few people inside the store. Omg this store is a nightmare I was in Chicago trying to purchase a pair of shoes that only showed available in Florida sawgrass outlet. The lady at Gucci Chicago was very nice and was calling the store but no one ever answered the phone there. The other sales associate had to call her friend who worked in that store by cell phone because they don't answer. Finally got my order in but I'm now trying to call the store in Florida all hours of the day n no answer. I was Trying to get my tracking number but can't even do that .This is very bad customer service not being able to get through to a store. The manager needs to resolve this ASAP. Absolute garbage... No communication between stores and a horrible return policy. Example, just went inside with a two-week old shoe that their store doesn't have yet because they are an "outlet" and not a retail store. The best they offered was to send an email to the other associate when, and suggested I go back to the retail store (in LA). One shoe is absolutely perfect and the other one is peeling apart. This place is horrible. The service sucks. I asked for a shoe and was told they only had one pair left. I asked another associate and got the size I needed. I called them over 30 times to check on another shoe size and they did not answer the phone at all. Is this normal for a high end designer store? Gucci really is the lower class of the designers. The quality of the fabrics and material is low end. Gucci is more affordable and that is why you do not see these concerns with Channel, Louis Vuitton,etc . I visited the SAWGRASS MILLS location in July, 2016 along with other stores @ SAWGRASS. MY salespeople couldn't have nicer, more competent, more friendly and more accomodating! They are much nicer @ Sawgrass than @ Woodbury Commons (Central Valley, NY). Why is this? I will return to SAWGRASS soon. read more

They have a decent selection of products and the price is decent considering it's Gucci. There is a 10-15 min wait to get in. I purchased 2 loafers at 50% off. My sales associate was Tatiana. She was awesome! Highly recommend her. She was more than willing to accommodate and went above and beyond my expectations! The was item shoe size was not available in stores however she was able to locate another outlet and have them shipped. Would definitely recommend a stop at this store. read more

I'm standing in line at Sawgrass to get into the outlet I understand there's a maximum capacity. However, about 25 people have left the store and they have not allowed a single person to enter. Fine, I know it happens but after ten people had left the store and still 20 minutes later, new customers weren't yet allowed in. Store had 5 customers inside. A man standing in line opened the door and asked what the hold up was and the employee said "it doesn't matter how many people left. I'll let you in when I want to let you in" and told him to go away. I had been in line for minutes and was 4th. As soon as the employee said that, I left. I went there this past Tuesday and after standing in line to get in for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was so happy because i was buying a Christmas gift for my mother. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and a purse. Although the prices were ok I still spent a lot of money. Carlos helped me out and was very pleasant. My husband goes 3 days later because I kept raving about how awesome it was even though there was a wait. He purchased for me 3 purses and a wallet. At this point we are talking about thousands of dollars spent. Fast forward to Christmas. Mom loves everything but a pair of shoes where too big. Go back to the store, stand in line this time for 2 hours (as she is leaving for a trip and wanted to take the shoes with her) only to be turned around by the Manager Byron. Sorry no exchanges! We weren't even asking for a refund she just needed half size smaller. Mean while there was a guy there who blatantly got a cash refund! Ridiculous. Poor Poor customer service. Would not recommend!! I waited in line for over 30 min. The store was not even halfway full and they had a line of about 20 people waiting outside. They could have allowed everyone in and people would be in and out in 5 min and there wouldn't be a line at all ever, since there is nothing extraordinary inside. This is the only store in the mall that does this. Oh, and you would think that once inside at least you would get help, but no. No one approached me to help. I asked an associate for a size and she told me I would have to wait (again) for somebody else to become available since she was already helping 2 people ?! If there is no line and you want to browse, sure go in. But definitely don't wait in line. It's not worth it. read more
