Then another person reached out and told me I had to ship the other pair back so they can investigate what happened. When I asked for my original socks they said the socks are no longer available. They then said I couldn't get a refund until they receive the other pair and asked me to print off a shipping label and take the socks to a post office. They were $20. The hassle alone is silly.
