My anticipation to visit this Gucci store in Orlando was quickly washed away when the guy at the door treated the situation like he was a bouncer at a club. He stated I couldn't enter unless he assigned me a sales advisor. I understand if they want to minimize the number of people in the store, but for those of us adult shoppers who aren't new to shopping at Gucci, I was okay browsing unassisted. What pissed me off is that a sales advisor comes to the door and tells me to let her know if I needed anything. So basically, I'm browsing on my own like I wanted to. The store has some last season items and the store could have benefitted from better organization. The vibe seems tense and served as a detractor to my shopping experience. I did see a pair of heels I have bookmarked on my online Gucci account for 50% off. Be aware that they may not have an abundance of sizes, colors, and limited stock. This location has a men's and women's section for clothing and accessories. They did have some cute mini handbags and plenty of belts, scarves and wallets. The sales advisor assigned to me gave me her information and we agreed to text and I'll let her know what I'm interested in. A few of the workers looked overwhelmed. There were people who entered with their whole family. If you've shopped at Gucci, you know it's typically a person browsing and another person paying. It's your right to come in and peruse, do your oohs and ahhs and bask in the moment. But coming in droves and knowing you're running the sales associate ragged with no intent on buying is challenging. Crazy thing is there is a Ferragamo outlet nearby and the foot traffic there was better managed and done so in a way that didn't require the velvet rope and stanchions outside like you were hoping to get in a club. I came, I saw and I left. We'll see how my virtual experience works out. If you are in the market for prior season goods, and lower prices for Gucci merchandise, this location will work out for you. read more

Shopping at Gucci Orlando was such a fabulous experience. From the moment I walked in, the energy and service were on point, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jeff. He was absolutely amazing ,attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the collections, and just made the entire experience seamless and fun. I am so happy I found the most adorable Gucci slide-in sneakers that are going to be perfect for my tennis outings. They are chic, comfortable, and exactly what I didn't know I needed until Jeff worked his magic. I visited on October 22, 2025 around 10:30 a.m. and was assisted by the ever-so-awesome Saranna. Saranna is my kind of girl. She got my sarcastic humor, she was funny, and she knew how to find items I might like. Love her! I purchased a pair of loafers, some socks, and two scarves. The store is remodeled and looks luxe. The Gucci Outlet has men's and women's items; the majority of items are from the boutique and are marked down from 20-30% or so. Made my way past a few associates way back to shoes and still nothing. Thank you to Marco for being the BEST host while we shopped at the Gucci outlet. First, I didn't know Gucci outlets were really cheaper than the boutiques. I know, I am used to going to Neiman Marcus and Saks so if there are sales in those department stores, I can get a steal on designer stuff that way. I was like a kid in a candy store! Once Marcos explained the deals and that it was 30-50% off, I was sold. I mean SOLD! I had to ask prices on things that didn't have price tags to really understand the bargains. In less than an hour, 35 minutes to be exact, I had 6 good finds. I was totally willing to pay full retail prices but I'll take a deal! I mean steal! Luckily my handsome told me to have the stuff shipped so we'd have less to travel home with. Gucci accommodated. No champagne or wine while you shop here, but for the prices, I'll pop my own bottle with the amount of money I saved! They do have the global system where they log your profile in, so happy for that. Designer outlets, yes please! Only qualm, there was a line when I got there, almost walked away but decided to be patient. Wish they would have a system where customers could put their profile info in so they could get an idea who is really there to spend and who is just there to look. This was my first visit to the Gucci outlet store at Vineland Premium Outlets and my second visit to a Gucci outlet overall (my first being at Woodbury Commons), so I naturally compared the two. The first time I came here, the queue was so long I couldn't wait due to a flight I had to catch. This time, I made a beeline for the store and only spent about 20 minutes waiting in line--not bad at all! Once inside, I was assigned to a sales associate who was incredibly helpful and provided the perfect balance of letting me browse in peace while checking in occasionally to see if I needed assistance. All of the associates were friendly and professional, which made the shopping experience enjoyable. As for the stock, it was just okay. Compared to Woodbury Commons, this location didn't have as many exciting, drool-worthy pieces. Granted, it was just after Christmas, so maybe I missed some great finds. One frustrating detail: many of the bags didn't have price tags, which made browsing a bit of a hassle. I saw a stunning iridescent bag that caught my eye, but since it had no tag, I moved on and ultimately forgot about it until the next day. That could've been a sale if the pricing had been clear. I did manage to find a pair of winter boots at a decent price ($795) so I think there might be good deals here. I ended up purchasing jewelry, which they did an amazing job packaging up. I likely would've bought more items if the stock had been better and pricing more transparent. Overall, the service was excellent, the store itself was clean and inviting, but the selection and lack of price tags left room for improvement. If you're planning a visit, it's worth a stop, but temper your expectations if you're used to the abundance of options at Woodbury Commons. read more

This is by far the worst Gucci experience I have ever had. A couple walked straight in before me and then I was told to wait in line for an associate to help me. The associate greeted me then another customer cut him off and he went to help him instead. It was very off putting so we left and came back hoping for a new experience. When we entered I asked the associate if she had a specific size in a belt. A sales associate butted in asking another question and then she managed to say they were in the corner. I already knew where they were. This store the associates are there to hang out with each other and choose if they want to help you. I asked for a hat in a specific size the female associate told me it was in stock then returned and said it was gone. I wandered into to men's and found the desired hat on display because it was unisex. She didn't think of that? When I decided on the hat and that I found the associate said can I show you some shoes while at the register. In my head I'm thinking have you showed me anything within this time frame? No thanks I'm all good! She looked up my purchase history and said you have shopped at plenty Gucci stores. I thought but the service has never been like this. Orlando is a hard pass on service. The product assortment and value is exceptional compared to in-store pricing. I found some great pieces but was not motivated to buy. There's ton of bags, clothes and shoes on display and there are additional purses in the back storage. Went to this location while on vacation to have to stand outside in the smoldering heat...after several customers had walked out...insane!!! We were told they were waiting for a client service person to help incoming customers....NOT TRUE....KEEP READING! But nevertheless, I felt humiliated and antagonized by two of the employees at checkout who felt the need to question me about my Gucci handbag that I was carrying, that was pulled from my bags brand new, he first asked how many straps came with it, hummm, you tell me you work for the company....but ok, so he went as far as asking to see(hold) my bag to look for the serial numbers, say he didn't see it but and I quote, "I was looking for the numbers but I don't see them, but it's cute." WHATTT!!!!! I took my bag back preceded to show him the numbers, he then scanned the numbers and my bag pops up in his little hand device! WHEN I SAY LIVID! I was pissed because how dare you!!! FIRST OF ALL, I don't go into stores that I can't afford to shop in. I'm not a window shopping type of girl, and secondly, how dare you! Needless to say I spent over $2k in which my husband who a R&B singer told me to return because of the treatment I received. I've yet to return the pieces simply because I really like them, but It'll be A LONG TIME IF EVER that I visit this location again. They look at you like you're crazy, or why are you here....one young lady that I asked to see a bag, pulled the bag from the case, laid it on the case, I inquired about cost she proceeded to tell me the price and walked off, NEVER CAME BACK. The Gucci outlet (no matter where I go) always seems to draw a very long line. (Palm Desert had a long line for theirs when I went years ago around Thanksgiving.) The Orlando location at Vineland is no exception. Gucci is next to Prada and across from Guess. It's not a huge store, which could explain why they don't allow a lot of people in at a time. (Also depending on when you go, there might not be a lot of Sales Associates or SAs available to service multiple parties at once, which is another reason why they limit the number of people in at a time.) While their system doesn't always make a lot of sense, I recommend trying to go when it opens or a day that isn't a weekend, as you may have better luck. This location has a lot of apparel and a variety of items from shoes to bags. I saw lots of old collections like The North Face and Disney. (Mickey and Donald mainly.) When I went, I tried on some of the Disney collection items which were marked down another 50% recently. They didn't have room to display all of the items, like some of the graphic tees for men and women. I had to ask to see them. With the discounts/markdowns, the clothing pieces were a lot more reasonable than the boutique original prices. (Ex. Disney jeans originally $1100 were marked down to $150.) The SAs were pretty friendly and tried to assist everyone in there. If something wasn't out on the floor, they would check stock in their phones or in the other storage areas. read more

Aside from the usual tourist attractions in Orlando, today's visit to the Gucci Outlet was one of the highlights of my first visit to Orlando. I highly recommend making a reservation online so you can avoid waiting in line outside. Henry was my SA and he listened to my wishlist and delivered! Initially, I waited in the line that had formed outside the store. Upon entering, I was not greeted or assisted until 7 mins later when I approached the manager for assistance. A female employee standing near attempted to discourage me from trying on the shoes I'd asked for by telling me that the size I requested was the only size they had and that the shoes run small so they probably would not fit. An alternate employee went to get the shoes and apologized for not assisting me sooner, as she thought I had left the store. Not sure how that could be when I was never approached with the offer of assistance and sat in the middle portion of the store where the shoes were located. I was visible to several employees in the store including multiple who simply walked right past me. After receiving them, I tried the shoes on and purchased them. I was however, about to leave the store immediately prior to the second employee going to get the shoes. Needless to say, I love the shoes but will likely visit an alternative location in the future. I've purchased from this location before and never had an experience like this. I've never had this to occur in any Gucci store that I've patronized so this was quite disappointing! read more

One of the worst experience in my life. I had never felt so discriminated and belittled by the representative of Gucci who was at the door and the supposably manager of the Gucci store named Daniel. Operation hours say 10am-9pm. Me and my sister arrived to the store at 7:48pm and the guy at the door did not let us in stated that they "closed the line at 8pm" giving the shoppers who are in the store an hour to shop. When I question okay we are 10min before your deadline he then proceeded to make another excuse saying oh we close the line 10min prior to 8pm. Granted no one was in line behind us at that moment. Then another two ladies come behind us and because supposedly someone from their party was in the store they let them in with a phone call. If this isn't discrimination I don't know what you can call this. Went here for the first time last weekend and honestly prices are very reasonable some shoes were around $293 some a bit more but definitely cheaper. Really upset about the inventory being sooo limited and so many sizes were not in stock. That's my biggest complaint and reason for star off. I loved many shoes but they were not available in my size. Danielle was the woman who assisted me and she was so great and helpful and very patient with me. Confirms that brick and mortar customer service is a dying breed. Incorrect pricing on items and then when you go to pay I was told the price was more because they had put the wrong sku. I manage a retail store myself and would never imagine telling a customer they have to pay more when my team made a pricing error. I asked them to honor the marked price and the manager told me "that was all he could"... which was nothing. They give you fake names if you ask for more info and they lack professionalism. We believe some of the merchandise sold here might not be real Gucci or that Gucci quality is just that cheap these days.
