I was able to track their truck so knew exactly when they would be here. The service technician was pleasant and did the whole job in less than an hour with a reasonable charge. Rarely does any contractor get back within a day and when they do are almost never willing to do a small job. And if they do, they overcharge and complain it was not worth their time. None of that occurred here. One of the top companies I have ever worked with.

I have an old house (built in 1920). I recently had my basement waterproofed. It is a good system…read morethat includes 2 sump pumps, each with battery backup pumps, but I was warned that eventually I'd need to get them all off of the same electric circuit. Domenic scoped the job to add dedicated power for each, plus installed 4 outlets and ceiling lights in a dark basement that was mostly lit by hanging task lights with extension cords snaked all around. No more of that! Basement is well lit now with the touch of 2 wall switches installed at both ends of the basement. Domenic also helped get rid of the same snaky extension cord problem in my living room. Old houses weren't built for all of the many electrical devices we use these days. He helpfully suggested 4 outlet boxes thoughtfully placed in the floor along the perimeter: 2 double and 2 quadruple outlet boxes. With specific electric outage switch issues throughout the new (but dated) place (ie kitchen, dining room and bedrooms). I thought I was being Punk'd - I haven't even unpacked! BASED ON A REFERRAL Called HIGGINS ELECTRIC - I spoke to Theresa (so nice and solution-oriented), who put me at ease and ultimately dispatched some of their best electricians, Krista and Bob! Krista and Bob both came (after confirming every step of the way via text or call/ their arrival, next steps etc)... masked, helpful, kind, friendly- PROFESSIONAL -- straight to the point. Like CSI-"Where's this issue!? What did you experience, etc" They both went to their detective work. Very thorough, asking questions and checking outlets and overhead wiring, panels, etc. THE SOLVE/RESOLUTION HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM soon identified a a random switch outlet in the condo that was rigged to control all those rooms (who knew?)
