We were on vacation in Kissimmee Feb 21-28th to attend our son's wedding and I ended up being in the hospital 6 of the 8 days we were there. Staff knew my goal from the moment we arrived, and they made it happen. From Dr. Toumeh to the nurses on the 6th floor - Alex, Susan, Tania, Annie, and Kyahna, the incredible techs (Edgar, you should have been my plus 1!), the dietitians, to the housekeeping staff, everyone was as kind and pleasant as I could have hoped for and then some! You made me feel special, you took excellent care of me, and you made sure I got to the wedding. You have all earned angel wings! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was referred by my primary doctor to admit to the hospital via the emergency. First issue was there was simply no parking. I sat around until someone left. Everyone was friendly however be ready to wait. I arrived at 2.30pm, the triage nurse did the intake at 3.05pm. I was finally let in an exam room at 4.20pm so almost 2h wait! Then they did blood work and installed an IV at 4.50pm. I ended up seeing the doctor at 5.15pm which is almost 3h after my arrival at the hospital. All staff was great and the doctor was really good, I was very happy with her! Once I saw the doctor thing went fast, I had a CT scan done and the IV running. The care of the nurses was great. Besides the long wait the experience was good.

Best decision of my life, I cannot stress that enough. As I walked up to the emergency area, I was immediately assisted into a wheelchair and taken into a room. Nurse's rushed in to start an IV and take blood pressure measurements as the physician assessed my health. Everyone knew exactly what to do and followed the physicians orders to the "T". I was very nervous but after watching the team help me, I felt more at ease. I was discharged later that day feeling so much better and I cannot thank them enough for all of their compassion and care. I was continuously checked up on and I truly felt I was in the best care possible. I'm sorry I didn't get the Nurses and Doctor's name, I was a little out of it, but I was there at about 8 am on 11/29/2019. Thank you to everyone.

I did all of the pre-check paperwork online the day before my appointment. I was 12 minutes late for my appointment, and they refused to see me. I apologized for my delay, I tried to explain there was an extreme amount of traffic on 192, the receptionist did not want to hear it. I said I understand I'm late and I'm willing to wait. The receptionist said we can reschedule. I said I am not rescheduling if this office cannot have simple understanding that I have no control over traffic and it's only 12 minutes. She proceeded to say we schedule the appointments 15 minutes early. I said I was scheduled for 3:30 and I arrived at 3:42. She said we ask patients to arrive 15 minutes early. I said, to do the check in. I did that for you yesterday online. They were rude. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will never schedule an appointment at this facility again. I will find a Dr that does not take an hour and a half to drive to.

The campus is incredibly spacious -- almost too spacious sometimes because it's so easy to get lost! The architecture and overall layout are beautiful, and you can really tell a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming environment. They're currently expanding and building another tower, which is honestly mind-blowing to see. Being so close to Disney, you can feel that "magical" atmosphere they're trying to create for patients, families, and staff alike. The staff are great, and the gift shop is always a nice stop. There's a café and a cafeteria -- the food is pretty typical hospital food, so I wouldn't expect a five-star chef experience. It can be a bit pricey, and while it's decent, it could definitely be a little better -- but that's pretty common for most hospitals. I truly enjoyed my time working there, even though it was brief, and I still enjoy visiting. One thing that always gets me is how easy it is to get lost, especially around the different "neighborhoods" -- I swear I'm always wandering around Neighborhood C trying to figure out where I'm going. On the plus side, the gym is phenomenal -- huge, well-equipped, and such a great resource for both patients and staff. Overall, it's a beautiful facility with great energy, amazing growth, and a unique atmosphere that makes every visit memorable.

We decided to go to the partin settlement location and it was a nightmare. This location should post on their front doors they don't have the capabilities or resources to take care of a pregnant women on an emergency situation. We walked in at 3 am and left at 10 am because the radiologist had to be called from a different location (which took hours) to check if our baby had a heartbeat. Thankfully everything was fine with the baby. We regret going to this location and should've went to the Orlando Health Hospital which was closer and is connected with Winnie Palmer which is where we ended up delivering our baby.

When moved to an inpatient room physicians assigned not communicating with each other enough to provide patient with a clear plan. Days drag by with no plan while insurance gets billed to the hilt. I wouldn't use this hospital again if I was bleeding out, I'd drive to any other facility than this one.

He didn't even examine me. As I was leaving I told him he had the God complex and yes I said be a man and come out side with me in a soft spoken voice. Maybe he's still madd about his 2 million dollars medical malpractice case up north where he had to leave his home state and practice medicine in Florida. The man's a demon I seen it 100%....
