The staff helped me build a structured treatment plan to initiate helpful growth, strength and a realistic recovery. Although the action is up to you, the therapists equip you with a foundation full Of resources to build upon. They work on your inner strengths and challenge your weaknesses. They offer constructive feedback and are quick to tell you what you need to hear - not what you want to hear. The staff overall truly have your best interest at heart and want to see you succeed. They also did not offer a severance package! One month into employment we were notified that the company as a whole had filed for bankruptcy, but assured job security. The last empty promise made was ensuring that we would at least receive our last check for hours worked prior closing the facility. No deposit has been made as of yet! I've listened to testimonies of patients claiming to be victims of insurance fraud at the hands of Gallus, during a company wide townhall meeting several of the doctors exposed that they had not been paid in MONTHS, etc! They were able to set up an online evaluation within days of my call, not like the others who said they were booked for weeks. To be able to have the evaluation completed online was a God send. It makes it so much more do-able for people that don't have their license and don't drive to be able to meet and complete the requirement set by MVD. Even after the screening when I had questions about the next step for my friend, Nathan was so knowledgeable and cut out all the confusion. He even made a recommendation of a provider who can help...
