The store offers cute clothing, accessories, and various other nick-knacks. The prices are quite reasonable, and they have a wide array of cute tops and dresses. There are limited pant and shorts options, but with all of the adorable other selections you don't typically notice. The thing that sets BohoBlu apart from other botiques is their level of customer service and care. They treat you like a best friend that tries to help out with your shopping trip. They start dressing rooms for you, give their opinions freely, and find the sizes and selections you're looking for. I'm not a big shopper so they make it easy to be a customer. I'll leave most of the shopping to my mother, but I do enjoy my rare trips to BohoBlu.

It has the feel of TJ Maxx or Marshall. That can be nice sometimes, but I personally wouldn't drive to it again. It does have a really large collection, especially of shirts and pants. I did find that the type of "look" seemed to target a different demographic, so I had trouble finding clothes that I liked. When I looked at the tags, most of the clothing was made in China though, so I'm not sure how long it will last. There were a couple of sections with actual Dillards brands, and they were nicer (in my opinion), but then the prices were more like going to the Mall, so I don't really have a need to drive there. If I lived in High Point, I'd probably visit from time to time, but it's not worth the visit from Winston.

They had a lot of racks full of clothes. Surprisingly all of it was very neat. I rated this a 3 because it wasn't my cup of tea, but I can imagine folks who like to pick through racks of clothing would find this place a hidden gem. Plus none of the clothing were my style. I saw ladies with carts full of clothing. The store had great deals and they were loading up. It is attached to an abandoned mall so the visuals are very old and dated. I telephoned and talked with Kierra because my navigator showed that due to the rain and traffic, I would not arrive at the store until 10 minutes before closing. Kierra assured me that all would be fine as she had a few dresses on hold for my daughter to try on. We arrived as expected and both Kierra and Shante made sure that my daughter did not feel rushed in her purchases. Yes, purchases - because we bought 2 dresses plus some jewelry. Both Kierra and Shanta made what could have been a negative experience so pleasant that I've already told a few friends and plan to shop again at Windsor for myself! Great service!

Check in was on an iPad and then ID is required for them to look over items. I had about 9 items, they purchased 3 items and the other items I was told were out of style and that they already had an overstock of my remaining clothing, so they chose to pass. I received a little over $10. Text message communication was nice. The wait for them to tell me when to come back was about 15-20 mins. Overall I was satisfied. Taylor was pleasant and there were no complaints.
