First they sent an empty container and the PO returned it and then don't know what happened but once again it has been sent back. Me and my husband came in to the Greensboro location . He has always loved the Duluth brand and has always had a positive experience with the items as well as the customer service. In celebration of our Anniversary this was his request he wanted some new work pants and a few other items. If you have never entered a Duluth store you have to just pop in to experience the funny signs . It's amazing the ability they have to explain the durability of their items in terms we can all understand . It's so clean in this store and the employees were all busy stocking or helping customers. All the items are clearly labeled, the store was stocked well with multiples of all sizes and colors and the store is so easy to navigate. By the way for my pet parents they have some amazing items for your fur babies as well ! My husband swears by their underwear and hes a huge fan of the ultimate cargo pants. He runs his own construction company and he loves the knee pads that slide into the cargo knee compartments when hes doing flooring . They offer three different types of knee pads he uses the honeycomb gel ones. Jimmy helped us today and he was amazing !! Very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions for my husband. We were so happy with our visit here and with the help we received. I've had an item or two from DTC over the years and the biggest issue I have is a loathing of online clothes purchases unless I'm buying "another" of what I already have... suits I can pretty much walk in and buy off the rack but regular clothes I have to actually try on in real life. kinda nice that this is here in NC, kinda better if it was closer to home but I can take the cutest of chicks on adventure so it's almost a push... like most retail in the lawless era after the plagues and poxes the merchandise is in a sort of managed disarray; a bit like ranking sports team alphabetically by height. lots of bric-a-brac front and center around the cashiers for impulse purchases (lavender-scent hand cream anyone?) and some pet supplies and outdoorsy stuff too... and there's plenty of shoes and pants and under pants in back but not a lot of shirts on display. fortunately for me sales associates are helpful and abundant; Daniel was indispensable in locating some 100% cotton work-shirts for sizing and then processed the order for delivery to my house a couple days out - and the price point isn't going to kill me. yea for me!! end of the week a package arrives in all the right colors and I am quite satisfied with the experience so far - except for driving to greensboro. gotta see how these last before passing judgement but I am expecting to break them before they wear out because that's generally how these things go. read more

Horrible first time experience. My order was only one pair of pants. They were out of stock in store even when their inventory showed 2 in stock. I went ahead and let them place the order to have another pair shipped to the store. The order canceled without my knowledge. When I called asking if they came in they told me to call customer service. Waited 2hrs for customer service rep to place a reorder with expedited shipping. Still have not got these pants after 2weeks, and nobody has any answers. Never shopping with this company again. read more

This place has all of these feels. Literally. It seems that everything that they sell is a rare texture. You know, like materials that are iron free? That's mostly what their items seem to be made of, soft and wrinkle free. This was the second Duluth location that I'd been to. The other was in the heart of downtown Louisville, KY... at that location, I didn't buy anything and I was slightly confused as to why everything was priced so expensively. We stopped in at this Greensboro, NC location as a road trip break. This location is huge, especially compared to the one in Kentucky that I'd been to. Underwear... I was intrigued by their selection, even the first Duluth experience that I'd had. With titles like "Buck naked", "Take It Breezy", their marketing got the best of me here. They were running a sale, buy two, get one pair free, so I decided to give them a try. Am I sold on them enough retire all other brands, or to even buy them again from Duluth? No. I'd even go so far to say, that I favor other brands more. Don't take my word for it though, if you're intrigued, go ahead and give them a whirl. read more

Great selection of items/clothes and more. Hard to leave without something! Unfortunately my experience left me a bit frustrated. Me and my wife selected a cup from a display and continued to browse the store. Seconds after we grabbed the cup a woman began to follow us around the entirety of the store. After 10-15 minutes we checked out and paid for the $10 cup. Although happy with my purchase, employees i hope you don't do this to every time someone is browsing the store. read more

I enjoy the atmosphere and cool things Duluth has to offer. I'm a huge supporter of their buck naked underwear. That's all I put on my bum. This is a very clean and well organized store. Friendly employees as well. Ample amounts of parking. Large clearance room in the back of the store. Large and very clean restrooms. I encourage you to check out the clothes and accessories they offer but bring your wallet because Duluth is quite pricey. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have been buying clothes from them for years online but I have never been to a real store until tonight. They just recently opened here in town and I just had a chance to go there. It's a very nicely laid out store and lots of cool items to chose from. They have some really nice people working there as well. They girl at the counter was super nice. I will definitely be going back here soon. They said to look out online and sometimes run a flash sale on some of there item from time to time. Great place and I'm very happy there here in my town. I have been wearing Duluth Tradings workwear since 2012; I always had to order it online, which is something I really didn't like; Because if it didn't fit you would have to ship it back; I loved the "No Bull guarantee" but now That they have become so big, They changed the guarantee from Forever to only the first year (I'm not exactly sure what the new timeframe is) Most of their products are as advertised And Last a long time. Now that they have a store somewhat near me I can actually go and see the products before I purchase and more importantly Try on the clothes before I buy. If you have been using their products, The store is Great; If you have never heard of them, You might be a little upset. I visited this store when it first opened (and everything I was wearing came from them) They (the staff) didn't even realize that. That didn't bother me. I was like a kid in a Candy Store. Duluth Trading is All I wear because it lasts and some of the new stuff is Great for The Single Man. No Iron clothes that can take anything that you do. Most of the clothes have a coating on them that make them repel water as well as stains. Now they carry some Woman's clothes. So Ladies go get your man something and see if there's something that you might want or need. Seriously no reviews yet?? Ok, first, have plenty of time. The country/redneck/working class network got the word out about this place. Secondly, bring your men ladies. Mine actually loves this place and as we were leaving, with two bags full, a man said, "you can almost hear angels singing." Not sure if he meant the diesel truck that passed or the store, but either would have been accurate. Third, every piece of comfortable clothing needed, is here. Ladies jeans in length also. Love the high backs so I don't have to worry about my tail end ever hanging out! No tank tanks and shirts....no more needed to say there! Work boots, cute shoes. Socks that are soft. Winter hats, etc...you get the point, seriously everything needed. And let's not forget the fur babies!!! Something for them also. Coffee in the back.
