On Friday, August 6, 2021, an employee (AJ) came to my home on a repeat call for a lock on the front door. He was extremely angry, accused me of making a false complaint and had a complete "meltdown." He slammed the door over 10 times, removed and replaced the strike plate several times, and finally told me that the door needed to be aligned. I am 75 years old, never had a service person to be so disrespectful and rude. When my husband came home, I explained what had happened, and he stated that I should have called the police on the Guilford Locksmithing employee. It was a horrible experience! read more

My 25 yr old car was locked as usual. When I put the key in the door it broke in half. So I went to the office. The fellows were friendly and kind. They calmed me down and went to work on my door. Then 20 min later they came back in and had removed the broken half. I then purchased 2 house keys, and 1 more car key along with rubber type bracelets to hold the new keys. I went to Guilford Locksmithing last week to get my 2023 Jeep Wrangler gas cap factory keyed to my factory key. I've had it done with a previous Jeep Wrangler that I owned before, but at a different locksmith. After he opened the 9 different factory sealed bags of pins, parts and springs he put them all on his work bench. After 30 minutes he said that there were parts missing. I had him gather up all the pins, parts and springs and he put them back into 1 bag. He charged me $35.00 dollars for labor. No working lock, just parts in a bag. I came home and sorted through the contents of the bag and separated them according to the part list on the website. There were NO missing parts and still NO working gas cap. A $35.00 dollar lesson learned the hard way. read more

I am pretty upset following a visit there. I got two keys done, and neither work for my car. Instead of refunding the money, $50, they said to buy two more keys, and have them do it again with the new keys for another $50. After they screwed up the first time, no thanks.
