Called to see if they could see my son who came down with something. This is not our practice but when we visit the area and have an issue, they have always seen us. My son has a critical illness which I mentioned, and they suddenly couldn't see him. Very disappointed in the lack of care and compassion from this practice! Before I could step foot in the door the woman at the computer was shouting "what's your name" I walked over to stand infront of her and proceeded with the conversation. She had a bitchy attitude to begin with. Maybe because I'm not a child they treat anyone over the age of 18 like degenerates. Know your role receptionist. The women working in the office are very rude. I made an appointment a week ago for a physical which they confirmed. They apparently called and texted a phone number that wasn't mine on file or the one I called from to make the appointment. Then they were telling me they needed to confirm the appointment but when I call to make an appointment there shouldn't need to be a second confirmation. They told me "we can't see you today" so I left and there was nothing said after that. Not a have a good day or nothing. Very uncomfortable and disgusting attitudes. This is a wonderful office and the staff as well as the physicians are top notch. We have 4 children and have been taking them to Guilford Pediatrics since the were babies. They are warm and caring and not matter what the ailment our children were well taken care of. Dr.Nolfo is our main doctor and my 3 boys love him. He takes the time to talk to both parents and children and is very genuine. I would highly recommend this practice. read more

I love Dr.Flanigan, she is absolutely amazing. I feel very comfortable with any decision she makes.
