    As soon as I walk in this woman bolted to me. ID!?! Before, I can asked her anything. After, she seen my if. She turned her back quickly and moved the opposite direction. GP has a lot of options. However, most of the items you can find online for 1/3 of the price and better quality.

    They have a big variety my only problem is sometimes it can be very pricey but I feel it's worth it this is by far my favorite adult store

    I went in on October 13th during the redemption period of torrid cash. I had 7 to use, a birthday…read morereward and another reward on my account. In store I only wanted to purchase a pair of jeans which was $45.17 after the use of one of the torrid cash. Separate from the instore purchase I was "supposed" to make and online order that was going to be shipped to my apartment here in Charleston. But I told the store manager that because previously I had issues with my address on file (I recently moved from Atlantic city, and prior to that was from Delaware) I was not sure which address was on file. She ASSURED me that it would be fine and the purchase would go through. So she rang up my in store purchase first which went through perfectly then the online one which did not go through due to an address issue. So she had me try MULTIPLE TIMES! Until my torrid credit card (which at the time did not have a balance, which also had a 900 credit limit) declined. The store manager asked if I was sure I had money on my card. Which was very unprofessional. At that time I checked the balance on my card to see all the pending transactions. So she asked if I had a different form of payment for the online. I asked if there was anyway to avoid this if we could just have my online items shipped to the store. She said no because everything was already in the system as ship to home. So she took a gift card and loaded $79.39 onto it and I used my personal credit card and the payment went through immediately onto the gift card. Once the money was on the gift card she tried to use it and the gift card kept saying inactive. So she called help desk and she told me that they said she had to figure out the issue on her own. Which in my opinion was weird. Also where is my money? She then called someone else to help which I am not sure then sent an email. Nothing ever happened on the 13th. So I walked out with only a pair of jeans and my missing almost $80. She took down my information kept the inactive gift card and told me to stop in the next day and speak to Brionna her ASM. When I stopped in the next day and spoke to Brionna she had no idea what was going on and the store manager wasn't even there. Thankfully Adelle was there and has walked in on the backend of everything happening. They had to retrace the steps from the previous day. When they reached out to the store manager she told Brionna that she had given ME the inactive gift card which makes 0 sense because it's inactive and doesn't work!!! So again they couldn't do anything they took down my information for the second time and told me they would email someone and get back to me. On the 23th of October I stopped back in because I still hadn't heard anything and Brionna and Adelle were in and immediately Brinna called the DM and got the authorization to give me my money back. Even though the experience was AWFUL I appreciate workers like Brianna and Adelle. They were able to make the experience less awful. I still haven't heard anything from the store manager and haven't seen her since the 13th.
