It was not here on the 20th and I tried to call but the auto call back never called me back. Then I called again on the 23rd (they are closed weekends) just to be told it was on back order and they had no clue. Seriously? You could have mentioned that when I placed the order like all the other places I tried to order from did. Now my child won't have the one present they wanted most on Christmas. If they had been upfront about the status of the item I could have kept looking for it. I will never order from them again.

The owner, in front of every one began to yell at him and tell him he was a rude customer. The employee then makes a smirk saying that "he needs to quite talking to his MOMMY and get over here". The funny part was he was not even trying to buy anything, he was just looking as he was a associate of the guy buying some musical equipment. He then kicked both of them out on basis of the phone call. God bless freedom of speech I guess but that was very rude.
