I entered this shop feeling I would probably be ignored and would have to look around on my own and was pleasantly surprised to find I was quite wrong in this assumption. Larry himself waited on us, climbing a ladder to give us any guitar that struck my girl's fancy. We were so happy when we left there and I am sure that I will be going there again and again. We all play something in this house and a wonderful music store like this is a Godsend to a family like us. I am so thankful to Larry and his very courteous staff.

We went today to find out about guitar lessons and picking out a guitar for my daughter and he went above and beyond going over everything possible that we could need to know. He took so much time to make sure she had a guitar that she was comfortable with and fit her perfectly. Then, after we had gone through the whole purchase process, he spent even more time with us showing specifically how to tune the guitar and even caught that the neck was a little dry and moisturized it for us. He even told us that the first time we have a guitar string break, we can come right to him and he'll show us how to replace the strings. I felt like we were so, so taken care of by him and loved it. And as an extra bonus, he recognized my daughter's Attack on Titan hoodie, so he's got great taste in anime as well. I can't wait for my daughter to start taking lessons here because the staff here truly know what they're doing and enjoy their jobs.

These appliances (15" undercounter icemakers) are notoriously unreliable and Benfield truly went above and beyond to stand behind their work. Through no fault of theirs, the parts to repair the maker were expensive and the labor required to do the repairs was also expensive due to the extensive time involved. When problems reappeared, Benfield quickly took more responsibility than I believe any repair vendor would take and saw to it that our home got its icemaker working again. I would say anyone is CRAZY to consider any other vendor for a home appliance repair in our area. Highly recommened!
