They didn't carry them in stock, but were able to order them and I picked them up in a very timely manner. Everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful. My husband went back there, unbeknownst to me, to shop for a piece of jewelry for Mother's Day. They didn't have what he wanted so they made it for him. Yes, their goldsmith custom made it. Needless to say, I'm ecstatic with my gift and thrilled that it was handmade for me. The shop itself is located in the heart of historic Statesville, easy to find. When we entered we were greeted by Marjorie. She asked if this was our first time in. I mentioned it was my first time. Marjorie went on what they were all about and how there specials worked. Specific days had specific color and shapes for certain deals. The day of our visit, anything with blue or green or with square or rectangles were 50% off! I bought some items and when I went to the counter to pay the clerk gave me the price I said aloud really? I expected it to be more because the apron I purchased for my granddaughter was pink. She said it is but the shape of the pocket is rectangle! So they try hard to find anything that will help you save even more on your purchases! This store is a pretty good size. It is well organized and sectioned off in themes. You can find furniture, wedding dresses, jewelry, books etc.. The staff is very friendly and makes sure to let you know they are there if needed. This place is a nonprofit organization that reaches out to widows, widowers and kids. They hold meal events for this specific groups. What a wonderful mission/cause to support. I bought a few things and managed to squeeze it into my luggage. Wish I could have room for a couple of furniture items. Anyway I really love this place and what their purpose stands for.
