They staff are kind to the animals and responsive to requests; once our dog was in a "penthouse" which comes equipped with a human bed, but he is under the impression that Good Boys do not go on human beds, so when I saw him on the floor they sweetly brought him a dog bed, too. Our cats are happier after boarding than they were in the past after being left home alone during travels. They also have daycare services on weekdays, which is handy for long work days or just for socialization. I appreciate that they do a temperament test to make sure your pet will have fun and be safe with others. We have never needed to use most of the grooming services, but when our dog's had a bath there they seemed to do a good job. They also have a decent selection of good quality pet food, toys, etc. We'll continue to be loyal customers.

Perhaps she is confusing me with another customer but it's too late now. So I took my little girl, a golden doodle, to be groomed about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Alicia wasn't having a very good day because she was in an auto accident the day before. She did her best and I was very pleased but she did state that she had a problem with my dog with the dryer that she used. Her groomer up north never had a problem with her so I called her to see if she ever had that problem. She told me that my girl did not like the dryer so she used what is called a happy hoodie over her ears so the dryer is not as loud. Alicia said that she would have one next time I brought her back and seemed as though she was more than happy to have her come back. We had an appointment today and I sent Alicia some pictures of how I would like her to be cut down since I was going to have her done a little shorter now that it's getting warmer out. She was very nasty, very unprofessional, and actually told me that we should just cancel the appointment and I should get another groomer! Sorry to say she's lost a good customer. I wasn't sending pictures because I was criticizing her work I was sending them so she would get a better idea as to how short I wanted her haircut which, most groomers like to have something to go by. Drop-off and pick-up are straightforward, and they stay close to the estimated timing. The staff handles Maxim appropriately, which is important for a larger, high-energy breed. So, no need to address the cost associated to the service, I am just expected to cover no discussion? Please note, if called I would have approved if I understood the need, but while there could be areas to remove it was not anything of known nature or huge impact. Outcome: Poor Communication, Lack of corrective action when concerns presented and up charges for items not discussed.
