Perhaps she is confusing me with another customer but it's too late now. So I took my little girl, a golden doodle, to be groomed about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Alicia wasn't having a very good day because she was in an auto accident the day before. She did her best and I was very pleased but she did state that she had a problem with my dog with the dryer that she used. Her groomer up north never had a problem with her so I called her to see if she ever had that problem. She told me that my girl did not like the dryer so she used what is called a happy hoodie over her ears so the dryer is not as loud. Alicia said that she would have one next time I brought her back and seemed as though she was more than happy to have her come back. We had an appointment today and I sent Alicia some pictures of how I would like her to be cut down since I was going to have her done a little shorter now that it's getting warmer out. She was very nasty, very unprofessional, and actually told me that we should just cancel the appointment and I should get another groomer! Sorry to say she's lost a good customer. I wasn't sending pictures because I was criticizing her work I was sending them so she would get a better idea as to how short I wanted her haircut which, most groomers like to have something to go by. Can't understand why she has such a nasty attitude but I'm definitely glad that my little girl won't be handled by someone like that again.

So, no need to address the cost associated to the service, I am just expected to cover no discussion? Please note, if called I would have approved if I understood the need, but while there could be areas to remove it was not anything of known nature or huge impact. Outcome: Poor Communication, Lack of corrective action when concerns presented and up charges for items not discussed.
