Every time i hit "print" i would pray that the machine would work and print the document, and when it didn't print i ran to Kinkos to print out document and then be running late.....There is a scene in the movie office space where 3 guys take a bat and destroy there printer, that was me and my printer for personal and business use. Thanks to Saramana Business products and the RICOH printer and products that i now have in my office i am worry free about the dreeded PRINT buttion. From Christie, to bobby dean to mick dean they are all beyond customer service. I never have any issues with printer or their products. Now when i use the printer i have no worries and no issues.
