Holes were cut in the doors for the dead bolt but not into the frame. The trim around the wi die on the doors do not match up and need to be hea caulked. I put a tape on it the frame hole and lock hole at 44 inches from the top.......doesn't explain why we have to hold the door closed with a rope . Total WASTE of money and forget customer service.
