I checked around and decided on "Driveways Plus". This is a one-person operation. The owner responded to my email inquiry in a timely manner with a firm quote by using Google Earth technology. He just looked at aerial photos online so that an additional visit to do an on-site estimate wasn't necessary. He scheduled a date and arrived as scheduled, even though he'd been dodging on-and-off thunderstorms all day. His truck was well-equipped with hose reels, a powerful gas-powered pump and a 300 gallon tank of cleaning solution. First he sprayed the sidewalks and drive with a soapy liquid and let it soak in, then following it up with a high-pressure scrubber. He (Ralph) did a great job and the price was as quoted. The price for a corner lot with sidewalks on two sides and the driveway was $90. I HOPE I DON'T NEED TO CLEAN MY SIDEWALKS AGAIN, BUT IF I DO, I'M CALLING RALPH AT DRIVEWAYS PLUS. The downside of this is that many of the sidewalks in our community had weathered to a uniform gray color. After all, it's a sidewalk, right? People walk on them, deer crap on them, etc. Now that all the sidewalks are "clean", because they were poured at different times of the past 50 years, our community now has "technicolored" sidewalks
