He and his associate, Jacob, were careful to not damage walls as they navigated my home, especially with my master bedroom mirror which is an oversized mirror roughly 9 feet wide. I wanted to re-use my master bedroom mirror. Other places that I called advised me to replace it. Brandon informed me of the potential risk of breaking but worked to his best ability NOT to break it and installed it. He could have easily sold me a new mirror and made a better profit. Brandon and Jacob cleaned the mirrors before they left.
