Unfortunately this is a review specially towards Dr. Rao's staff. The first two times I had been here I was treated poorly. The two front desk ladies that sit there, are not welcoming. My first experience there they seemed uncooperative with anything between new patient paperwork, and their attitudes. My second appointment was today and I was willing to give them another chance... As I walked in there was only ONE other person than myself that was in the waiting room. They are never busy here. As I went to check in neither one of those two ladies welcomed me, asked me who I was there for, or if I needed something.. I had a handful of new patient paperwork that was clearly in my hand as well. I had to go back up to voluntarily give me ID and insurance card. The entire issue at this office is no one is helpful nor welcoming. As I walked up to the front desk for the third time, they both continued to sit there acting busy at the computer as I waited for over 1 minute just standing there awkwardly waiting to be helped.
When I left the office i had immediately called to speak to the manager or anyone else of authority. The same brown haired Russian lady answered advising that I was "out of character by referring to her in such an ugly way by ethnicity" LOL. I advised "oh so were playing the racist card so that you can justify my argument to how you treat your clients" . Sad. I am a white woman myself and was referring to WHOM I had issues with at the front desk and being as descriptive as possible to complain about who these issues were with. Do better.
It makes sense to why this office is never busy..... If this office had ACTUALLY been busy then the situation just MIGHT have been understandable with their behavior. read more
