The experience was so frustrating. I wound up speaking to the office manager who answered the transfer call immediately combative and unwilling to help. I eventually hung up feeling unwelcome. Melissa, his assistant is a no-nonsense professional who somehow manages the busy phone lines and hectic flow of seniors in and out of the waiting room. One thing I'll never forget is calling his office on a Sunday to leave a message about needing a Rx. He answered the phone and I was able to get antibiotics on a Sunday without going to a pharmacy clinic.
