Dillon was in charge of us on both days and did a spectacular job getting us checked onto the boat. His interpersonal and communication skills are top notch! The sea grass was terrible and did cause a lot of cavitation but they can't control the grass! A bigger motor would have been the only thing that could have made it even better! Our boat engine began to fail on our way back in so I called the marina to let them know. The engine shut off about 30 mins later because it was overheating so I called the marina back. They sent the boss to save us! Mark hooked up our pontoon to his pontoon and towed us back to the marina! He even gave us a credit on our bill for the minor inconvenience we incurred. He explained to me exactly what had happened to our generator and gave me multiple ways to relieve the problem. The marina told us they had to cut a hole in the side of our 70 ft Hatteras to remove generator but he was able to break it down into pieces and carry it in and out of a 3 story boat. He saved us a lot of money and would highly recommend.

Watching the performers was delightful. Even with the air lines under the water it was amazing to watch. Just being able to keep your eyes open underwater was astounding to me. We even got an extra performance for the Memorial Day holiday with a tribute to our service members. After the show they had a mermaid photo op that was donation based. After the show, I explored the rest of the park. It isn't that large but was a nice area and worth the $13 to get in. They have an area for swimming in part of the springs. I didn't bring my swimsuit but there were many people swimming and having a good time. There are some water slides too. They have a great gift shop. Loved having the opportunity to visit and see an iconic spot for mermaid lovers!

We were late for the show, because the website failed to post times and were unreachable via phone, email, or the websites frequently asked questions. We caught the last 15 minutes of the show as it runs from 11-11:30, 1:30-2pm and 3-3:30pm. It's a relatively small park. The mermaid show is cute if you have children under the age of 10 years old. Otherwise, give it a miss. Admission is $13 ea a little less for kids. 4 of us cost about $42 for entrance fees. They have a water slide that was not operating. They have a small "nature " walk. They have a boat that was not running to look at nature and they have a 30 minute animal encounter educational experience with a ranger. She showed and talked about two kinds of turtles, a snake and a small alligator. Walking around they have photo ops to look like a mermaid and after the show you have a chance to photograph yourself with a live mermaid from the show. If you have $50- $100 your kid can have a "mermaid makeover". We were at the park for maybe 1.5 hours. I suppose if the boat was running and the water slide was operating one could spend up to 3 hours. It was an interesting experience. Once is enough.

We bought a used boat from Source One in July. That was only the good part. In our contract it…read morestated that the boat would be delivered to our dock. When the boat got here the driver did not know anything about the boat so my wife and her friend had to bring the boat to the dock. We had asked Source One to have their canvas person to make new boat covers. The boat covers DID NOT FIT, SNAPS WERE MISSING AND THERE WERE PLACES THAT WERE NOT SEWN. They paid the canvas people and we paid SOURCE ONE and when we told them the canvas had problems SOURCE ONE told us it was our problem. The contract stated that they would put in a Chart Plotter/GPS and they put in a GPS/Fish finder. The boat arrived with the Tachometer not working and hanging out the place it was suppose to be. They did agree to pick up our boat if we met them at the place the driver had put the boat in the water. Yes we had to pay them the difference for the Chart Plotter/GPS which was an additional $300.00 and the agreed to replace the Tachometer, but we had to buy one that was another $110.00. Then we had to paid the canvas company another $125.00 make the corrections to the canvas. So we had to spend an additional $525 for Source One's mistakes and to get our boat back. We had to wait almost 2 months for Source One to pick up our boat as they only have one trailer (give me a break they do boat sales). Then after SOURCE ONE got the boat they had to order the Chart Plotter/GPS that we had agreed in WRITING TO PAY FOR AND HAD SENT THEM THE EMAIL TWO WEEKS BEFORE THEY PICKED UP OUR BOAT SO THAT WAS ANOTHER WEEK OF WAITING FOR THE BOAT TO BE RETURNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111 I WOULD OF GAVE THEM A ZERO, BUT HAD TO PUT A ONE OR YOU CANNOT REVIEW THEM! BUYERS BEWARE!

I followed up every few months to see where I was on the list and to let them know still needed it. Followed up again in February 2022 only to be notified they no longer have a wait list as they have new management. No phone call or emails to let me know. Thankfully found Tierra Verde Marina with better location, price and $.50 a gallon fuel discount. If I had not called in February, boat would have arrived with nowhere to store it.
