Received it back home and it still didn't work. Took it back and again they said there was water in the carb. We chose a mobile company to come out and he asked where the gas was and we showed it to him as had poured it in a clear bottle. The mobile repair said there was zero water in the gas. Still wasn't working so we had a local repair man take it. He said the carberator was never rebuilt or replaced like Town and County states. All the local repair mand did was readjust everything on it, also what T & C said and now it is running fine. Stay away from these guys. Unfortunately, they are the only ones that provide warranty service in town but not everything was covered under the warranty.

The local dealer said it was my battery charger and it couldn't be fixed, did I want to leave it there since they are heavy and hard to dispose of. I decided to keep the charger and have Melissa's come and take my cart to the shop. Chad said the day it would be picked up and he would call me the next day after checking the cart and charger to give me a quote. The young man that picked the cart up and Chad were very professional. Everything worked out as Chad said it would. It ends up the charger was fine and the cart needed some repairs. The cart runs like a top. Thanks Chad for such great service!!! Wish there were more business people like you that treats the customer fair and honest!!! I would highly recommend people look to you for all their golf cart needs!!!!

I told Chad I'd bring a battery in case the old one was dead, but when I arrived, the battery was missing entirely, and Chad never showed up to address it. Over the phone, he claimed he'd order one and ship it to me, but I'm still waiting. I had to spend two hours arranging a tow, which cost me an extra $150. My mechanic's report says the engine is locked due to overheating, had been rebuilt before, overheated again, and is now completely seized. A new engine is needed just to get it running. The lack of honesty is unacceptable, and I'd strongly warn anyone against buying from here. Whether intentional or not, my family has experienced a devastating loss, and I'm still trying to figure out how to move on.
