Haven't had bug service in a few years and refuse to deal with out of town company trying to buy up all the local business', that always leads to the worst service possible and bug folks now want a contract. Let the search begin: places call to what I thought was larger local company with a catchy jingle, phone was answered in Tennessee. Deal seemed fair and bug companies are like locksmiths, one operator that has bought all companies locally and now operates in disguise as a small one man shop. After 4 attempts, yes that's four, to send me a contract to sign so they will come out, still have the address wrong in the contract, not signing a wrong contract and really if you can't pay attention long enough to write that down what else do you neglect? After all, if you can't get a man to take care of you on the front where they get paid, imagine trying to get them when you need something and have already paid. Turned to my yelp buds for guidance, no real help there as most reviews were generic and seemed to mainly refer to large national chains, we have already covered that. Riding down the street found Carey doing some admin work at a trailer he uses as office on my street. What a lucky moment! I stopped and spoke with him, very nice talk and small operator, my goal. He was able to send a man down that day and what a great guy he is, ran a whopping 5 min late and called to let me know? What? Can this be the way to start a business relationship? Who on earth these days has respect for the customers time? Bug Hunter that's who. We are three days past spray and have removed a small army of roach corpses and not seen a single live bug. I hate to say they were $25 cheaper per service than the other clowns I tried to hire, and that's after Cooks dropped price $50 for first visit after incorrect contract #3. Ended up paying $150 bucks less for the year. Pay more, get less now you understand why I wanted a local guy not a national chain with advertising budgets and administration overload. Sometimes things work out for the best, after all if Cooks had been write, write, writing down what I was saying instead of singing look, look, looky here comes Cookie, Well you get the point, I can't believe a company spends that much on advertising and when a customer tries to hire, well they fumbled that possibility, and it was such a simple request, use the correct address for service location, ya' gotta have that right to find the house, no? That's the bloated admin of a chain right there.

One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. In recent years, however, I have had to give up my bi-weekly attention to it upkeep. Thus I was very cautious in choosing a lawn services company. I wanted one that would commit to a regular schedule, rain or shine, and that would maintain a dedication to its maintenance similar to the level that I had been committed to over the years. I can say that I found that company in Willing 2 Work. From day one Mr. Harris showed great interest in my needs and listened patiently to my peculiar litany of needs when mowing, trimming and generally maintaining my yard. He respected my requests and, over the course of these two years that he has never failed to deliver his services exactly to the level of my demanding instructions. He hasn't cut corners, or changed his methods in the delivery of his services, at least not without first consulting with me, explaining politely, succinctly and convincingly why his way was better. I am old and set in my ways, but not so set as to demand a businessman provide a service in a manner that is contrary to his own efficient means of doing business. I have learned much from this kind, hard-working gentleman, and am happy that I found him just at the time when someone of his professional attitude was needed. I sincerely recommend Willing 2 Work, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy, dependable and professional lawn care services.

He diagnosed the problems for both appliances and gave me reasonable costs to repair. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones. Although he didn't make the repairs, Mike was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him and will call him again if and when I need an appliance repairman. Note I am giving ReStart 5 stars for the service I received, which was diagnosis only.
