He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, but also very professional, and he went right to work checking under the house via our crawl space, while also pointing out "possible" entry areas for rodents. Unfortunately he did find evidence of recent "visitors" and immediately set up a plan of action that included bait boxes (gave full explanation) and then to close off entry areas once the active problem was resolved. He left saying that that it would most likely be late next week before he could come back with the boxes because he was so busy, but actually contacted me first thing Monday morning to let me know he would be out that afternoon. He came as promised and set up bait boxes all around the perimeter, showing me exactly where they were and again explaining the process in detail before he left with the plan to return next week to check them. As horrible as it is to know we have this problem, and hearing the evidence, it is such a relief to know it is being taken care of by such a great company and experienced professionals. I actually slept through the night for the first time since the entire nightmare began.
